This two bedroom, two bath has a king size bed in the master bedroom, one double bed and one twin bed in the guest bedroom and a sofabed in the livingroom. The master bath has a double vanity and tub with shower. The guest bath has a tile shower.There is a complete kitchen and washer & dryer in the unit. The expansive Gulf front balcony is accessible from the living room and master bedroom. Ocean Sands is in an excellent location, within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and John's Pass Village. 14 night rental minimum

Stayed for 35 days in January, 2013 We have many years of rental experience in Florida, including several years at Madeira Beach.This was clearly our least satisfying experience.The unit was poorly equiped and in great need of updating. For the cost, one would expect much higher quality. |

Stayed for 14 days in August, 2011 yes like my title is saying the location is like a little paradise, one afternoon i was sitting by the kitchen table and i had a good view of the ocean when i so few dolphins swimming and jumping in the water, my family went crazy just looking at that view, the only complain about this unit is the toilet made for a 10 years old...too low, also the owner should buy few beach chairs and 1 beach ombrella, we bought our beach umbrella and left it at the unit, the location is amazing and is very safe, i would reccomend this condo to my friends, but maybe a different unit |

Stayed for 14 days in March, 2011 The views from this unit are fabulous - the sunsets, the beach, the dolphins playing in the Gulf and the inner channel. You can see it all - from John's Pass to Redington Beach Pier. The new rugs help perk up the look of the unit. However, everything is very dated and the unit needs a new kitchen and new bathrooms (especially the lighting). Generally, everything in the unit needs updating and because of this I felt it was a little pricey. |
