Tides Vacation #3 Unit #341 Lawrence B. from Selbyville, DE recommends this property. Stayed for 32 days in March, 2013 This was our 3rd year staying at the Tides.This was the nicest unit of the 3. The sliding glass doors need much work, do not slide and one of them does not move. Brooms, mops need to be replaced for cleaning by the occupant. Master bedroom carpet needs cleaned or replaced with non-carpeted flooring. Overall, it was a very nice unit. We would rent it again. Property Manager Response: Response from Waterfront Vacation Rentals Inc. Thank you for your feedback. The sliding glass doors are being worked on now, when the April tenants reported it to us. We will have the broom and mop replaced. The carpet is being cleaned today. |

Beautiful but Lacking Dee Linda A. from Medford, NJ does not recommend this property. Stayed for 30 days in January, 2013 Bedding did not fit beds. Towels and throw rugs shabby. Bedroom rug dirty. No internet. Old tvs. Unit was corner and beautifully furnished. Plenty of dishes but few glasses. Will find another unit next year. |

Stayed for 30 days in March, 2010 Air conditioning not functioning properly in appartment. Blinds in bedrooms 2 and 3 do not keep out the light , esepcially bedroom 2 which has a bright light outside the window Property Manager Response: Response from Waterfront Vacation Rentals Inc. This condo has a humidistat that must be set properly for the air conditioning to cool. The concientious property owners installed a new a/c system in June 2010 to ensure the comfort of the guests. |
