Villa A Offers wonderful views over looking an orchard and all surrounding area towards the front of the villas.

Villa B has two small balconies overlooking the swimming pool along with views of the rear surrounding area.

Both villas have air conditioning in the main bedrooms.

Positioned in a quiet area set in four acres of land on an elevated position and situated on a flat level enabling 360° panoramic views of the area around, Quinta Do Sol commands spectacular views overlooking an orchard, grape vines & citrus fruit trees.

We are conveniently located near the major link roads and all amenities, activities, hypermarkets & restaurants are close by. Also near is one of Europe's finest golf courses Praia d`el Rey Club, This being one of four golf courses available around this area. The Peniche & Foz Do Arelho coastline is famous for its rolling surf and golden beaches. There are several local ports and marinas and also a lagoon at the nearby medieval walled castle town of Obidos. Cultural activities and historic places of interest are all around this area, along with countryside walks around the village.

Car hire is essential in order to visit all the local sites and attractions.

Your villa rental price includes:

We the owners' live unobtrusively on the four acres of land, and are available to provide any assistance or information if, and when, required.

In house mobile phone with a small amount of credit if required for emergency calls as the villa does not have a land line telephone for using. This phone is available to use for National calls only, although you can pay to top up this phone for International calls.

Short breaks available for a minimum of two people, minimum
of 2 nights & maximum of 3 nights with continental breakfast.

Flexible change over days.

Check in times are 2.00pm and check out times are 10.00am.
however we will try to accomodate times that are suitable
for you if possible.

Payment:
In order to confirm your stay, a deposit of 25% of the full payment (or full payment if booking within 56 days of your arrival) must be paid at the time of booking. You must pay a security deposit of €200 euros when paying your deposit or payment in full.
