It takes you 10-15 minutes to walk to the museum Rodin, Concorde, and les Invalides. This roof-top apartment, with an elevator, commands a splendid view of the Montmartre.
This 18th century building, built in 1753, is strictly private and protected. The apartment has just been entirely renovated, Extremely calm and safe. Numerous renowned boutiques, restaurants and cafés with a mini supermarket nearby complete an agreeable and romantic séjour in Paris.
The bedroom :
This one-bedroom apartment with wooden parquet flooring throughout, measures 45 m²/484 sq ft and is on the 4th floor (US 5th storey) with an elevator. It has a sliding roof on one side with four large windows permitting a free influx of natural daylight at all times.
The bedroom furnished with a queen size bed is separated from the salon by a wall without a door. There is a built-in wardrobe in this room.
The salon
The salon consist of a brand new sofa and an arm chair, with wall display cabinet, for books, etc. There is a mini television with radio.
Kitchen and other amenities :
The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 vitro-ceramic induction burners, a refrigerator, a micro-wave oven, a toaster, a traditional coffee maker, a water boiler, a dishwasher and a complete set of kitchen utensils.
The bathroom :
The bathroom with a roof window has a shower cabinet, an electric towel rack, a wash basin, the toilet is incorporated. There is also a hair dryer.
Heating :
Heating is electric and has individual temperature control.
This is a non-smoking apartment. No pets please.
