The Distillery District is a national historic site.

$200 per night for regular season. For Summer season from June 1 to Aug 31 - rates are $300 per night and $2000 per week.

Credit Card Payments Accepted through PayPal.
To do the reservation, you can make your payment in full or make a $500 deposit using PayPal. You can do this by clicking the big button called 'Make a Payment or Deposit' in the middle of this page. You will have to pay the balance in at least 7 days before your arrival to guarantee your reservatioin.
Your deposit or full-payment is 100% refundable if you give at least 7 days' notice before you cancel your reservation. If in case you have to cancel in less than 7 days and we can sell the units for the same date, you will get your 100% deposit back in full; otherwise, if we cannot sell the unit for the same date, you will be charged the $500 for the cancellation.
We need a $500 Damage deposit payable on or before your day of arrival and will be 100% refunded to you at end of your stay provided that there is nothing damaged.
Outdoor Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Gas Grill and Sauna are seasonally open only.
