Unit description: Spread over two floors, the ground floor is open plan with kitchen and dining area, comfortable lounge area and downstairs wc. French doors lead out to the large sunny terrace.
On the first floor the front twin bedded room has small balcony overlooking the pool, there is a large family bathroon with shower over bath and washer/dryer. The second twin bedroom has built in wardrobes and views over the Luberon hills. The master bedroom with king size bed, built in wardrobes and en-suite shower room also enjoys beautiful views.

Our pretty villa was completed in January 2008 and built in traditional Provencal style - set within the same secure estate as the world renowned golf course of Pont Royal. The villa is in a beautiful location overlooking the Luberon mountains and is ideally situated for exploring this beautiful part of Provence. Large terrace and private garden with stunning views and barbeque for al fresco dining. There are two shared private pools - one situated about 15m from villa, the other larger infinity pool about 200m from villa. The pretty Provencal village with shops, restaurants and bars is about 10 minutes walk away - closer still are the equestrian centre, children's farm, playground, tennis and volleyball courts.
The domaine of Pont Royal and it's closest village, Mallemort, is located north of Marseille, between the historic cities of Aix-en-Provence and Avignon. Explore some of the most ancient market towns in France - Lourmarin, Lauris, Roussillion, Bonnieux, Gordes etc. To the south west is the Carmargue with its wildlife reserve, famous for flamingoes and wild horses.
The Seve Ballesteros designed golf course at Pont Royal is a fully mature, 18 hole, par 72 course, extending over 6303 metres. The golf club is open to everyone and serves delicious bar snacks on its pretty terrace overlooking the first tee.

Changeover day is Friday to allow for cheaper flights and also for travelling outside the busy weekend traffic, however we can be flexible on request.
Short stays/weekends available out of high season on request.

Please note we have close contact with owners of neighbouring property for more than one family or group of friends wishing to holiday together.
25% deposit required when booking - remainder to be paid 8 weeks before trip commences - rates shown in UK pounds but payment also accepted in Euros. Refundable security deposit of £300 required.
Bed linen and towels (excluding pool towels) are provided.
