A beautifully decorated 2,000 sq. ft. beachfront home in south Jacó beach. Fully air-conditioned with large pool and lawn backyard. Located within walking distance (7 minutes) to the center of town (2 minute drive).
This wonderful home with an oceanfront pool was recently remodeled and redecorated. Floors are tiled throughout. It boasts many wood finishes, including high ceilings and skillfully carved doors. Sliding doors in the living room open up to allow the fresh ocean breeze in. It?s a very secure property with a beautiful tropical wood fence and wrought iron windows and doors.
The house is entirely air conditioned. The well equipped kitchen is complemented by a breakfast counter and an outside table.
The living room sits six people in comfortable couches.
The Master bedroom has a King sized bed and its own TV, closet and ensuite bathroom. The Master Bathroom has a whirlpool bathtub and a walk-in shower. THe second bedroom has a Double (Full) size bed and the third bedroom has two Twin size beds. These bedrooms have shelves and hanging space.
A hammock on the porch and plenty of pool chairs let you soak the good life.
We have wireless high speed internet connectivity for those wanting to stay in touch with the real world or wanting to call home for free via VOIP.

The house and the grounds were immaculate. The beach is only a few steps from the front gate and the views of the Pacific are etched in our memories ( we took plenty of photos in case dementia starts setting in).Only complaint is that the guards could have been a little more friendly. The guard we had on second day continued to stare into the kitchen from outside which was a little irritating. A small thing but something that could easily be remedied for next guests. We will be back and most likely at the same property. Great central location. Close to town centre. A guest from Burlington, Ontario recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2011 Well maintained self-contained beachfront villa with all essentials. A bathroom for each bedroom definite plus. Within 10 minute walking distance to shops, restaurants, banks, grocery stores, car rental, tour operators etc. Even the Catholic church is a mere hundred metres away. Very quiet peaceful area unless it is a holiday weekend like Easter. Free internet, security guard and daily house cleaning also definite pluses. Stayed for 2 days in October, 2010 Things we did not like. 1) The door in the bedroom did not open to the pool. 2) The grill did not have propane. 3) The security guard was on the property. No privacy. 4) He worked 9am to 9 pm. I think we need security at night. 5) Fence on front left no privacy. The grill did have propane and I showed you how to use it. If you could not work it all was needed was a call or asking the guard for help. We keep a spare tank at the house too. The bedroom door to the pool is left locked for security, we found many guests left it unlocked and left the house. This is not an issue. The guard is at the corner of the property but he respects your privacy. At night you have the security of the ADT alarm system. The fence is a picket fence that is intended to allow the view of the beach from the house. The pool area is not advertised for privacy. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2009 We had such a great time in Costa Rica. Jaco was the perfect location for what we wanted. The guys at Beachome Rentals were fantastic!
