Great location however place did by far not not live up to expectations as we got when reviewed the respective internet page.

Just a few of the major shortcommings:- Bathtub, curtains and shower head in Master Bathroom were filthy and not working properly respectively. Hair dryer did not work.- Window shutters in master bedroom did not work.- Furnitures on the porch could not be used due to rust literally was peeling off constantly littering the floor.- Doors/locks from kitchen and livingroom respectively to porch did not work properly.- Coffeemaker, can opener and other appliances were stained and or not functioning; certainly failed by far to meet expectations.- No TV cable connection in one of the guest bed rooms, no TV station was received; lack of TV set altogether in the other guest bed room.

If your're considering a vaction trip to South Carolina or even moving to South Carolina, there is only one truly marvelous place to reside and that magical place is KIAWAH.

No beach chairs supplied until we called. Should have chairs for the number of beds! No pool access with rental, definitely will not rent again without access to Kiawah pool. Someone did suggest a pool that we went to between 7-8am, thanks.

Not so Impressed and Rust Stained Clothes

The rust on the outdoor furniture stained my pants. The threshold between the balcony and living room was also rusted over. My son, who is one, had rust on his toes and knees every time he went onto the balcony. The bedding was very outdated. I swept up the previous visitor's toenails from the ground. GROSS! The blind in the master bedroom was broken and hanging lopsided. I will never stay in this unit again. I would never recommend it to someone else.Unhappy guest.Lisa Streff

The condition of the condo was not satisfactory for price paid. A dead tree on screen porch, paint peeling off in the master bedroom/bath, ice maker not working properly or needs updating as most appliances in this unit are in fact dated.

Many people enjoy the 2nd floor units at Mariners Watch because the view is great. This renter called when she checked in and we offered to move her that night, but she wanted to stay. The next day we moved her into another unit with an elevator. If we had known that she couldn't have a unit with stairs, we would never have put her in a 2nd floor unit.

Spend the extra in stay in mariners.
Harrington's are a class company! Only hope they get more properties so we can continue to book with them.

We have nothing but issues with ResortQuest. This is the second time we've booked through Pam Harrington!

This property was renovated just before our arrival and it was not complete. The kitchen was in terrible condition with cabinets ready to fall off the wall and terrible plastic dishes and overall not a well equiped kitchen. We were missing towels when we arrived. Overall, the unit was poorly decorated and still needed a lot of work before it was rented. No towel racks, hairdryer holder fell off the wall, missing a kitchen table. We complained about this and got no where except for having some towels delivered. We should have been given a concession on the rent.

I only rated the property lower because the A/C was so poor in the master bedroom! It was so hot we could not sleep in our bed!

good use of the beautiful space. No chairs on a deck? odd. Uncomfortable seating on the screened-in porch? We just lived on the beach since the condo did not have good furnishings. sand was nicer and we could really enjoy the view.

The unit was in a great location and was very well-kept. We would certainly take it again if it were available during our vacation week. It was in walking distance to the park which was very important for the kids. I DO wish the pool was available to us, however. Otherwise, I would HIGHLY recommend it!
