The great room contains a family room, kitchen and a dining area with a nice view of the 15th Ave beach and Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. Reverse floor plan with living room, great room, 2 bedrooms & 1 bath with shower/tub upstairs. The den downstairs has a Pool table, a Ping-Pong table and a game of Skittles, made of wood. The other 2 bedrooms and a bath with a large shower completes the downstairs. New upgrades include locally harvested hardwood floors, organic linens, and low voc paint throughout.
There is a fully fenced-in yard with gate on the driveway. Easy, and less than a 1 block walk to the marvelous large & sandy Sunny Cove Beach and just 2 blocks to the wonderful local Farmers Market on Saturdays and Sundays during the summer. Off-street parking for 5 cars. Sorry no pets.
