This pretty Bluff Villa is located on the 2nd floor with a landscape view with a limited view across to where Calibogue Sound and the Ocean meet. The Bluff Villas are located in the center of South Beach between Calibogue Sound and the Braddock Cove inlet. Walk easily to South Beach Marina, community pool, racquet club, and of course the Salty Dog Cafe. This is a favorite area for water sport enthusiasts. FREE tennis at the South Beach Racquet Club. Could use garbage disposal, updated bathrooms, updated washer and dryer. also some decorations on the shelves on entertainment center and bar would give a nicer look. Overall great locatiuon and nice unit.

We were very satisfied with everything. It was very clean and the rental company very accommadating. We did not go until Tuesday and usually you have to wait until four to check in and it was very nice to be able to check in earlier when we arrived and the lady told my husband ahead of time when the reservation was made so we left earlier to enjoy a longer vacation, which was very nice. The rate was cheap so thats always great and we still got the same quality for our money. The only thing I would recommend is the washer was in the kitchen for whatever reason. I thought it should have been with dryer in bedroom. The shower head in Master bedroom needs to be replaced. The last thing also was the water when we first arrived due to not being used had a bad oder. After first use was fine. We had a great time which was the most important thing and the villa was very clean so the other things mentioned dont matter as much. Coming back in Oct. and will stay there if available.
