Casa Milagro is a luxury beachside home perfect for a family or romantic getaway. This home is a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom luxury home with all the amenities needed for a fabulous vacation.
Casa Milagro is a newly built and beautifully furnished home with private beach access. The beach is just steps from your door. Milagro is a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom house with a partial ocean view from the upstairs balcony and is just a short walk to the center of town. Includes a full custom kitchen, cable TV with a television in each room, gas bbq grill, and massage room.The main feature of Casa Milagro is the large open courtyard beautifully done with flagstone tile and gardens, pool, lounge area, BBQ, and covered outdoor dining.The house is a modified ?L? shape and opens to the courtyard. On one leg of the ?L? is two spacious bedrooms that have direct access to the pool area. Each bedroom has it?s own bathroom with shower ? featuring ornate tile and stonework and indoor garden.The other leg of the ?L? is the main house. Downstairs you?ll find the custom kitchen, fully equipped with high-end modern appliances and granite counter tops. A serving window conveniently opens to the outdoor dining area. The elegant spacious living/dining area is perfect for entertaining. The dining room table overlooks the pool area. With its high ceilings, large comfortable furniture and entertainment center, the living area is a perfect place to just relax. Stayed for 12 days in December, 2011 My family and I stayed at Casa Milagro for 12 days over Christmas and new years. it was the perfect set up for our group of 8. The house is a short path to the beach (30 seconds?)where we spent a lot of time but we also enjoyed just relaxing by the pool. When we had issues or concerns ( minor really) RPM,the management company, responded immediately. The outdoor cooking area is great and we really enjoyed our meals outside at home. We have vacationed in Tamarindo before but I really liked the location of this house because it was close to the beach, a small food market is down the street and we could walk to the restaurants and shops. Also, the house is state of the art and quite lovely. All in all a really relaxing vacation. |

Casa Milagro - Some Good and Some Foul A guest from Brooklyn, NY does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in August, 2010 We had been enjoying our stay at Casa Milagro for a few days, until Myra, the in-house cook who would not take a hint that her services were not necessarily welcome, turned on me and my group for not tipping her more money. I'm sorry, but at $20/day (when I never asked for her help), this seemed like a fair tip amount for her services, given that I have been to Costa Rica 12 times over the last four years. How much arroz con pollo and fried eggs can you eat, anyway? In addition, the $40 that I gave to Myra for a run to the grocery store on the 3rd night yielded no additional groceries for the house for the remainder of my stay. so, I considered that $40 as severance pay for Myra, and that made it easier to ask her to leave.As to the house, it was in good condition, although not nearly at the level of the many houses I've stayed at in Los Suenos or the Four Seasons in Playa del Coco. However, on the 4th night of my 8-day stay, the septic system backed up in the downstairs bathroom. After way too much back and forth discussion with a staff member in the management office (and also with Myra that we had advance notice of the septic system issues, which we certinaly did not) and that having feces on the bathroom floor downstairs is certainly grounds for swapping up houses, the management company eventually did the right thing and agreed to let us swap houses to a very pretty house nearby for no additional fee. All is well, that ends well, but it took us awhile to get there.I suppose I would come back, but next time, I will be alot more inquisitive about property condition and the staff members going into the experience. |

everything we hoped for and more A guest from Arlington, VA recommends this property. Stayed for 8 days in November, 2009 Casa Milagro was perfect for our stay in Tamarindo. The house was situated on the edge of town (Langosta side) with private access to the beach. We were close enough to all the bars/restaurants without being in the middle of it. Our housekeeper was excellent and offered to cook for us a couple of evenings. Those were some of the best meals we had in Costa Rica. Would recommend Casa Milagro any time for a group of friends or for a family. The only downside was that we received only two sets of keys for our party of six adults and many of the doors (bedrooms, main house, property gate, etc.) required a separate key for entry. We had to plan carefully on who had keys, etc. |

When we were sitting by the pool in the back yard you could hear no noise outside the property. It was like your own little (it's not little at all) oasis. The service provided by the onsite staff was fantastic. I would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Tamarindo. |
