Ground floor beach front unit was perfect since we came there to surf. Got to listen to Harry the Howler most every morning. Great trip. Wonderful location, great relaxation A guest from Manteca, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in December, 2011 This is a 3/2 house right on the ocean with a lovely tropical decor. Many nice custom touches with seashell motifs. Comfortable furniture and nice linens/towels. 2 patios to take in the sunsets and right next to the pool too, but still very private. Only 2 housekeeping items: downstairs shower drains very slowly and stove heats up very slowly. Otherwise everything was first rate. |

It's a little far from the town center, and a rough ride or long walk to get there, but it's not too bad.The unit was in good condition, but not great. AC worked well, which is a big plus. The worst part is that the little crabs would walk in under the door and were everywhere in the house.Staff is helpful and can help you book tours. |

Given the cost the upkeap and physical condition of the house was not what one could have expected. Holes in the roof and slidin Allan L. from Llorente de Tibas, San Jose recommends this property. Stayed for 11 days in January, 2009 All attended to by manager efficiently but with obvious interruption to occupants as they repaired roof over two days etc. Certain lack of kitchen things that most persons regularly use--orange squeezer, rice maker etc. Certainly not as good value and quality as the apartment we occupied the year before and others we have seen in the same condo. But, overall a very nice place to be. |
