No onsite property management, Pool would close two afternoons in a row for the rest of the day due to sunscreen in pool. Bedroom door off hinges. 5 forks in a sleeps 8 condo. twin bed bedspreads with multiple visible stains. Stained living room couch and loveseat. Appeared to be a neglected rental. Overall our family had a great time in spite of the condition of the condo.

The weight room needed more free weights.The tennis courts were really nice.And the pools were clean. The kitchen needed more silverware.And the view of the water was beautiful.

2009 Beach Trip

We stayed 8 days in June of 2009. Overall it was a great trip. The condo was comfortable and the view was great. There were a few things that could easily be improved. The tile floor was pretty dirty when we arrived--so much so that whenever my infant daughter would crawl on the floor, her socks, knees and hands would get filthy--we purchased some cleaner and cleaned it ourselves. When we unpacked, we found a pair of underwear in one of the drawers that disn't belong to or fit any of us. I think it would be a good idea for the owner of the unit we stayed in to invest in some teflon foot tacks for the bar stools and chairs. Every time you sat in them or my daughter scooted them around (as babies are likely to do), it would make an awful noise that--based on the visit from them-- apparently the owners of the unit below us could hear as well. The tacks would be a cheap fix. Other than that, we were happy with our stay.

"Stress Relief Vacation Spot"

This was a much needed "time out" from my very stressful life. The professionals at Bender Realty were wonderful. Our unit was ready early because there was no one in it the day prior to our stay. Nice Surprise! The location was great, directly on the beach, not far to walk. Unit was very clean. Kitchen equipped to accommodate cooking. TVs in all spare bedrooms--important to us because of grandchildren.Property security good. Grounds had a lot of lawn, unusual for beach property. Very nice. Pool very clean and large. The only thing that could have been better was more large towels. Washer / dryer very small. All in all a very pleasant stay and we would return to this property if available when needed.

We were pleased with the location of the condo and the who wouldn't love the Gulf view from our balcony? We watched dolphins play in the water. It is a nice complex. The only downsides were that only had 2 tennis courts and it had no hottub.

Office personnel not overly friendly when checking in or out. Parking retrictions (2 veh per 3 br unit?)too strict, especially considering lot was never even close to full capacity. Advertised wireless internet available, but never provided info or code. Need ice machine, more concessions on site. Jacuzzi would be nice. Condo, grounds, pool, were immaculate and very comfortable. Tastefully decorated, clean, well-equipped kitchen, good beds and linens. Need larger washer/dryer for 3 br unit. View from our unit AMAZING. Overall, very pleased, and will book again.

We had a wonderful time. The condo you provided us with was right on the beach. Our view off the balcony was spectacular. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Two baths, w/d and furnished kitchen was an extra bonus compared to a hotel room. We will be back and we will definitely be using the services of Bender Realty. Job well done on our awesome vacation!
