The Pinnacle condominiums are on the hillside overlooking the Snow Park area of Deer Valley Resort, with views of ski runs and surrounding mountains! This large (approx. 3900 sq. ft.), four bedroom unit has been professionally re-decorated in the fall of 2008 and much of the furniture and bedding is now brand new!



The entry level has the family room with 3 cozy couches, a large bookcase and a card table. Also on this level is one of the bunks rooms with twin-sized bunks and a queen size bed in the same room. Up one more level you will find the kitchen, dining room and living room space. The cabinetry in the kitchen has been re-faced with a warm touch to accent the new granite counter tops. The dining area has seating for 8 while 4 more people can use the bar stools at the kitchen counter.



The living room area has two overstuffed couches and an HDTV as well as a nice porch area with amazing mountain views! The junior master suite is also located on this floor with a queen bed and full bathroom attached. Upstairs you will find the two remaining bedrooms. A master bedroom with high vaulted ceilings, a kind bed and attached bathroom is directly at the top of the steps. Just down a hallway from this is the second bunkroom with another set of bunks and a queen-sized bed in one room. This room also has an attached bath!



Living Room: Floor to ceiling rock fireplace, HDTV, VCR, cassette/CD stereo. Two comfy couches.



Family Room: TV, VCR, DVD, wet bar, card table with bumper billiards under the top.



Kitchen: All cabinetry has been professional re-faced and the countertops have been replaced with granite! Well equipped for cooking meals, includes JennAire grill stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator with water/ice dispenser.



Dining Room: Seating for 8, with 4 barstools at kitchen counter.



Bedrooms:

Master - King bed, walk in closet, TV, adjoining bathroom with double vanity, 2 person jetted tub, separate shower.

Second - Twin bunks and a queen bed, adjoining bath, walk in closet.

Third - Queen bed, TV, adjoining bath.

Fourth - Twin bunks and a queen bed, adjoining bath, walk in closet.



Hot Tub: Private outdoor hot tub located outside of family room on deck (entry level).



Laundry Room: Washer and dryer in closet off kitchen area.



Garage: Attached, 1 car with additional off-street parking right in front. (4-wheel drive vehicle recommended!)
