Immersed in the “Green of the Mediterranian Macchia” is only a few minutes away from the splendid 5 kms long Feniglia beach coasted by the wonderful pinewood connecting the firmland to the promontory.
The variety of attractions & possibilities on how to spend the vacation are infinite: excursions by bike or horseriding; fully organized beach facilities with classes in water sports as well as kms of free beaches, all of this, a few minutes away from the apartment.
Furthermore, la Provinca’s strategic location allows to visit the many sites of both, naturalistic and cultural-historical interest present in the area, such as the nature reserves of the lagoon of Orbetello, of the Maremma , Vulci , the famous Parco dell’Uccellina as well as the archaeological ruins of the city of Cosa (Ansedonia), the legendary Capalbio , Saturnia, the pictoresque Porto Ercole, Porto S. Stefano, Talamone and the fiabesque “ il giardino dei tarocchi”.

The price range varies a lot according to the selected period.
Summer is considered high season ( because of the wonderful beaches)so in august we might charge 1000 euros a week.
FALL ,WINTER AND SPRING the prices drop down drastically , even though, besides the beaches there are so many other infinite things to enjoy, according to the type of vacation one aims for.
