For shared use: grounds 1'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn, swimming pool kidney shaped (01.01.-31.12.). Paddling pool, outside shower. Public parking on the road. Shop 50 m, grocers 3 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 20 m, railway station 4.5 km, sandy beach 300 m. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. Property ref.
