You will then find three separate accommodations, named with the family names of the owners:
Casa Giuseppe (75 sqm):
living room with original Venetian mosaic floor and hand painted ceiling from the 18th century and fire-place. Kitchenette with micro wave oven and dishwasher.
One bedroom with king size bed. One bathroom with shower.
60 sqm. terrace equipped for dining al fresco under a green pergola, deckchairs and beach umbrellas with a magnificent view of the garden and the lake.

Casa Clementina (45 sqm):
45 sqm studio with king size bed, kitchenette and bathroom with shower,
Patio with arcade of granite stone columns, table, chairs and swing with a small studio for two persons. bed.

Casa Maria, separate cottage of 120 smq structured on two floors:
Upper floor:
entrance into the living room with TV SAT, one King size bedroom, one twin bedroom ( bed: 100 cm x 200 cm), and WC.
Lower floor:
Laundry, bathroom with shower, kitchen with fire-place.
Outdoor private garden with stone table, chairs, beach chairs and umbrellas, BBQ.

Remaining on the main floor of the villa you will enter the main stairs leading you to the lower floor and the first floor. In this area you will find an independent bathroom.

On the lower floor of the villa there is large lounge area partly decorated with original stones, with elegant, high quality furniture: comfortable sofas, armchairs and a large glass table. Facilities: SAT TV with home theatre system, high speed Internet connection, DVD/CD/radio player.
Large kitchen (dishwasher, full size oven, fridge with freezer) and dining room with fire place for the accommodation of ALL guests.
A small enchanting tunnel leads to the cosy, amazing wine cellar built into the original cliff.

Casa Guido (75 sqm):
Living/dinner area in liberty style and kitchenette with dishwasher.
One double room and one room with bunk bed both facing a lovely balcony with granite columns and wonderful view.
60 sqm terrace / solarium equipped with deckchairs and beach umbrellas to sunbathing all day long with a unique panoramic view.

On Second floor of the villa you will find the fifth accommodation:
Casa Elda (75 sqm)
Modern style living/dining room with 3 arcade windows with spectacular view on the lake and the Isle San Giulio and 4 further windows with view on the lake and the small romantic village of Ronco. Laying on the white leather sofa and gaze at the lake and the sky when the sun goes down and at all the lights surrounding the lake: an unforgettable experience…..
