Cottage Gelsomino (5 persons): 105 sqm : is a gracious independent cottage which is located close to the swimming pool and the main building. Entrance on the ground floor: spacious living-dining room with couches and upholstered furniture, 1 single bed settee, dining table, fire-place, kitchen angle with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. On the 1st floor: 2 twin bedrooms, 1 bathroom with tub/shower, wc, bidet. The holiday home disposes of a veranda equipped with a table and chairs. A small garden (300 sqm) with deckchairs and sun-umbrella belongs also to Gelsomino. The garden lies close to the swimming pool which is shared with Calla and Narciso. The house is very bright and cosy, furnished in country style, with terracotta tiled floors, beamed ceilings, walls in delicate pastel colours. You have wonderful views onto the surroundings hills.
External utility room with washing machine, iron, sink etc (shared with other customers). There is a spacious private outdoor area which is surrounding the house on three sides that is equipped with tables and chairs. There is a barbeque and a wood burning stove for pizzas for common use. The owner sells its own olive oil, wine and honey. The parking is in the property

Overall Property Description:
This wonderful estate is situated on a spectacular panoramic spot. The property extends on over 40 hectares - smooth hills covered with olive groves and wine yards and a little lake. On a clear day you can see Lucca with its wonderful walls. The immediate surroundings are convenient for strolls and trips by bicycles.
Distances:
The historical centre of Lucca is within short distance (6 km- here the nearest services-shops) as also the other art towns of Tuscany.
Car recommended! The coast of the Versilia with its endless sandy beaches is easily reachable (30 minutes by car). In the immediate vicinity (8-900 mt from the villa) there are two excellent restaurants renowned for their Tuscan cuisine, reachable on foot also.
At guests' disposal:
There is a lawn (1'000 sqm) around the pool, partially fenced and equipped with a table and chairs and sun umbrellas.
Use of Swimming pool 6 x 12 meters depth 1.40 open from first of May to the end of October.
BBQ and wood burning oven.
Shower near the swimming pool.
Baby bed available free of charge.
Wine cellar (possibility of buying oil,wine and honey produced by the owner).

Fees Due at Check in:
During June 2012, the owner offers for 2 days the usage of sunbed/sun umbrella/pool at the Maestrale bathing establishment in Lido di Camaiore.
