BeautifullY furnished and well equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom stunning apartment located literally seconds to Gordon Beach in Tel Aviv offering a sea view!

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, bed side tables, lamps and 2 wardrobe with drawers/shelves. The second bedroom offers bunk beds plus a small toddler bed. One bathroom (shower only) is en-suite to the main bedroom, whilst the other is a full family bathroom.

It is ideally suited to families especially with young children however it would also be possible to have a queen bed if need be.

There is a large lounge and dining area, all open plan with stunning modern furniture and chandeliers and a balcony with a sea view. There is a flat screen LCD TV with cable channels (YES). There are also kids toys available.

The apartment offers all modern conveniences including a brand new kitchen with built in appliances including a dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor fan, large refridgerator/freezer, microwave and coffee maker. There is a seperate laundry room with washing machine and dryer, iron, ironing board etc.

All linens and towels are provided.

There is a $75usd end of stay cleaning fee payable to the property manager on arrival. All bills including reasonable use of electricity is included. There will be a charge for any excessive use of electricity.

The apartment also offers a parking space (included in the rental fee)and an elevator (the apartment is on 1st floor, not ground).

The apartment is our home in Israel (we are a UK based family) but is professionally managed for short term rentals when we are not using it.
