Ashutosh B. from Louisville, KY recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in May, 2016 Very well maintained cabins, very clean placeGreat locationQuick serviceI have used this company before and always had a great experience!!
Property Manager Response: Response from Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals Thank you for such a wonderful review, Ashutosh! We are happy to hear you had such a great stay. The best compliment we can receive is a return stay, thank you. We hope you will continue to choose Elk Springs Resort when visiting Gatlinburg. Please come back and see us soon!
A guest from Hudsonville, MI recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2016 We rented Sweet Dreams and we were very pleased. The resort area was clean, it was spacious, quiet and a close drive to Gatlinburg and hiking. There was a nice little valley the kids could play baseball in. The cabin was beautiful a little worn which is to be expected with a rental, a couple draw backs were that they advertised a dog crate that was not there, so we did not bring ours and would have if we had known otherwise, the couch pullout mattress was very thin and not comfortable and we didn't have enough pillow cases left for pullouts beds but we made due. There were bees on the deck but maintenance came very quickly when we called and took care of that. We would definitely return.
Property Manager Response: Response from Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals Thank you for your kind review, Jennifer. We are happy to hear that you and your family enjoyed your stay. Elk Springs Resort is certainly the perfect location. It is close enough to enjoy downtown and the National Park, but far enough away to give you the peaceful relaxation that you desire. We sincerely apologize for the issues experienced during your stay. We can certainly understand the inconvenience of no longer having the dog crate available in the cabin. It was an oversight on our part that, it should not have been listed as an amenity. We are in the process of having the description updated. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. We are happy to hear that the maintenance technician was able to take care of the issue with the bees quickly. We love to assist our guests. You, as our guest, are our top priority. Please call us should you ever arrive at the cabin and find that you are not fully stocked on linens. We will be happy to send one of our staff members out to deliver the needed linens. We do not want you to have to make due during your stay. We provide on-site housekeeping and maintenance, along with 24/7 guest assistance to ensure that you have an exceptional stay. We hope that you will consider returning to Elk Springs Resort during your next visit to Gatlinburg. Please keep in mind, as a returning guest you will enjoy 10% off all future stays.
Robert H. from Apex, NC recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in March, 2016 Great location in beautiful setting. Cabin itself very nice. However, bed were very uncomfortable, pillows terrible and some stained; bedding, especially sheets and pillow cases were very thin and cheap looking; towels were "paper thin." Only one wash cloth per bath room. Definite upgrades need in these areas. TVs were rather old. Heating/AC needs addressed as well. Very hot upstairs and cold downstairs. Cannot regulate even heat throughout the house. Service was fantastic. People in the office very cordial and helpful. Would stay again if some upgrades were made as mentioned.
The cabin looked like a bear tried to claw his way out
Sarah T. from Perry, FL does not recommend this property. Stayed for 6 days in December, 2015 The cabins were all in a line right next to each other. Not a secluded mountain getaway. You have no privacy and can hear everything the neighbors say. Everyone can see you and you them from your hot tub. The walls and doors inside the cabin looked like a bear got trapped inside and tried to claw his way out. I actually paid extra for this particular cabin because it was suppose to be pet friendly.. I guess by that they mean someones animal has previously trashed it. Also no place to walk the dogs at all. Either a road or a steep drop off. I had no idea it would be on a main road either. No stream like it shows on the video either. Amenities package is joke as well. Motel 6 has better. Have called customer service several times, no reply. We viewed other places while we were in pigeon Forge a lot nicer for 650 a week. We paid 1200$. Not worth it all.
Property Manager Response: Response from Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals Thank you for your feedback Sarah. I am sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. You mentioned that you called customer service several times with no reply. There were several of us that spoke with you during your stay and advised you that we didn't have another cabin to move you to since you didn't like your current location. I personally advised you that the resort itself has plenty of space to walk your dogs, including a large common area just one cabin over from you and a 5 acre field directly behind your cabin. There is also a paved road that loops through the resort (not a main road) that is limited to resort traffic only. While there is no stream on our property, we do have a beautiful water feature at the entrance to our resort that makes a nice back drop for photographing memories. We do not advertise this cabin or any of our other cabins on our resort as being secluded, so we are sorry you felt you were misled with any details about your cabin location. As for the walls, I viewed the pictures you emailed me and posted on social media. They are typical scratch marks from a dog jumping on the wall next to the door. Dogs become anxious in unfamiliar places and can sometimes cause damages of this nature. This is why we only have a handful of cabins where we allow dogs to come on vacation with you. You also submitted photos of scratches on the floor caused by guests moving furniture around on the hardwood floors. This was not caused by animals. We hope your next trip to the Smoky Mountains brings you much happiness.
Marlene G. from Fairview Heights, IL recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in December, 2015 The cabin was gorgeous! We were extremely pleasantly surprised to find that our cabin had been decorated for the holidays! Colorful lights to greet us on the front porch and TWO Christmas trees, one small tree on the main floor and a bigger one in the basement/game room! The only thing we didn't enjoy were the rock hard, lumpy, oh so uncomfortable beds. The owners may want to consider replacing the older beds with newer more comfortable ones.
A guest from Gallatin, TN recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in November, 2015 The cabin layout was perfect for our family (4 adults, 2 small dogs and a baby). The upper level was very clean and warm. The lower level however had heating issues which wasnt ideal for the first week of December with a 3 month old baby. This is obviously an exisiting issue as there were two space heaters already in place for our use. It became so cold one night that we had to have maintenance bring us a third space heater and spray a foam in the large openings between the floor and the baseboard. If this issue is fixed this cabin will be much more enjoyable. Its also very dark around the cabin. When walking the dogs at night it was too dark as there was only a small area for the dogs to use the bathroom. I am recommending this cabin only if the heating issue has been addressed.
Deborah V. from Lexington, NC does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in November, 2015 Overall we had a good experience. There was a heating issue with the cabin. The upstairs was very hot and the downstairs was cold. There was no way to regulate the temperature so that both areas were comfortable. If we were to stay again I would choose a different cabin. If the heating issue were fixed I would recommend this cabin to a friend, otherwise I selected no on the last question.
Reviewed by: A guest recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in October, 2015 My boyfriend and I had a great time. The cabin was clean and equipped with everything we needed. It's in a great location. Convenient to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Or if you want to stay in and enjoy the surroundings, also great for that too. We took our little dog with us and the cabin already had a kennel for him to stay in!! Would go back anytime!
Tracy J. from Riverview, MI recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in September, 2015 Lovely long weekend in the Smokies. Cabin was beautiful and clean. Check in and out were smooth. Would definitely stay again!!
Property Manager Response: Response from Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals Thank you for the 5 star review Tracy! We are so pleased that everything was perfect with your cabin vacation experience! We would love to have you back again.
A guest from Houlka, MS recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in August, 2015 The cabin was very clean along with the resort area. The directions were very clear and check in was great with the keyless entry. I would recommend this cabin.
Property Manager Response: Response from Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals We are pleased that your cabin rental experience was everything you expected. Please recommend Elk Springs Resorts to all of your friends and come back and see us real soon!
Judy L. from Cleveland, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in July, 2015 We spent a delightful four nights and three days at Sweet Dreams. It's a very lovely and comfortable cabin. The setting is perfect - very private and safe, but very close to the national park, the arts and crafts community, and Gatlinburg. The rental staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. We had a great time.
Property Manager Response: Response from Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals Thank you Judy! We pride ourselves in our excellent customer service and cabin cleanliness and your review lets us know that our efforts haven't gone unnoticed! We hope you consider being a repeat guest with us and take advantage of a 10% discount on your next booking.
Brenda B. from Pooler, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2015 We LOVED our stay! Amenities were great, cabin was clean and more than enough room for 8. Close to all of the activities as well. The staff was more than attentive and we will go back in a heartbeat. Overall excellent experience.
Property Manager Response: Response from Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals A 5-star rating let's us know that we continue to provide excellent customer service and clean and well-maintained cabins for our guests. Thank you for choosing Elk Springs Resort. We are pleased that you loved your stay!
A guest from Palos Heights, IL does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in May, 2015 The cabin itself was great! Very clean! I just was thinking it was going to be more secluded. It didn't feel like a mountain retreat with neighbors directly on either side of us. The website made it look much more secluded with a much better view than we were given.
Jodi K. from Iowa City, IA recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in March, 2015 The cabin was wonderful and looked just like the pictures. We enjoyed our stay very much. The cabin was decorated nicely. The cabin is very spacious. They had a small bottle of dish soap, soap for one load in the dishwasher and a fully stocked kitchen as far as the essentials. They even had some Tupperware containers for leftovers. The staff had everything set up fancy with their folding towels so it was fun to see. As far as our stay it was so much fun! We loved the hot tub and pool table! We also felt very secure staying in an unfamiliar area with children. The bedrooms are on two different floors but the cabin is on a brick foundations with stilts so the basement is not at ground entrance level.
A guest from Charlotte, NC does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in February, 2015 This cabin is two levels and only one thermostat downstairs. Everyone knows hot air rises so the heat doesn't kick off because downstairs never gets warm. The main level upstairs becomes a sauna. We called maintenance and they brought us space heaters. For our family this was not a suitable fix. A small space heater is still not enough to warm a "basement level" so we had to crack the windows upstairs while running the space heaters downstairs. That was the only way it was bearable. We would not ever stay at this cabin or with this resort again. Customer service was not helpful and condescending. Maintenance crew was kind but didn't have much options since cabin was designed poorly.
JR T. from Clarksville, TN recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in January, 2015 This was a last minute getaway,The cabin was nice but no view and no privacy just as I had read in other reviews,The furniture needs updated in living room and light needs to be over pool table instead of head banger. we will stay at Elk springs again just a different cabin for our needs
A guest from Pinehurst, NC recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in January, 2015 Our stay was very pleasant! Cabin looked just as advertised. We weren't sure how secluded it was, and it turns out we were pretty close to other cabins, but for the price and distance to downtown Gatlinburg and Great Smoky Mountains, it was well worthed. Inside amenities of the cabin were all in great condition, nicely furnished and clean. Definitely recommend it for others.
A guest from Rushville, IN recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in October, 2014 LOVED the Cabin, as it was very clean, up to date and we loved being in the Arts and Crafts area. I do wish it had a better view and it's not totally secluded as the two cabins next to it were definitely a little too close. I don't really want my neighbors to see me in the hot tub...or watching my every move. I really looked forward to a mountain view, but did not have one. We did drive around the complex and saw some cabins that had views of the mountains and some were further apart for a little more privacy. I would definitely stay there again, but will probably call and ask questions before booking to make sure there is a view, because having coffee on the back porch in the mornings is the relaxing time I was looking for. A view would make it even better. It was not too far to Gatlinburg, but far enough for quiet serenity. Hot tub was awesome in the evening to relax in before bed. We had a great vacation here and would stay in these cabins again. I was looking for relaxation, quiet time and a break from work and I got every bit of that here. We got calls several days checking up on us to see if we needed anything. We did the scenic view loop in the mountains, the aquarium and ate at Bubba Gump's one day and they were all wonderful. Most of our meals, we ate at the cabin, grilling out on the porch etc. We were there during the fall when the trees were just beautifully colored. I would recommend these cabins to friends and relatives for sure.
Curtis O. from Grovetown, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in September, 2014 My family had a great time at the cabin, would surely visit with them again in the future. Would easily recommend the resort to friends and family. Cabin was clean and staff was helpful during our stay. Location was great and easy to find.
A guest from Jamestown, IN recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in September, 2014 This is our fifth stay with Elk Springs and our second at Sweet Dreams. We love the location and the cabin is clean and beautiful
A guest from Homewood, IL recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in September, 2014 Loved our cabin! So clean and comfortable. Peaceful scenery. True to website description. Great location. Close driving distance to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Drove to Cades Cove Smoky Mountain National park for hiking. Will have to plan a longer visit next time for ziplines, tubing and shopping as well as eating in Pigeon Forge at Hard Rock Cafe; Joe's Crab Shack and go to the Hatfield & McCoy dinner show :) Very convenient check in and check out process. Look forward to going back with family and friends!
A guest from Ypsilanti, MI does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in September, 2014 Cereal in food pantry floor, also on stairway. Ripped bedspread with pillow cases that were too small for pillow, Found mens underwear, food on dishes, dishwasher not unloaded. Huge black hair ball found on blanket downstairs. Spiders nest and hornets nest above hot tub. Coffee maker did not work. Pictures do not match view, 2 cabins so close they can see right in your porch with hot tub. No instructions on how to use the 3 remotes for T.V. . Dirt everywhere a filthy but beautiful cabin. Trash under front porch and when you look down on back porch. Don't waste your $ there are a 1000 other places to stay.
A guest from Alpharetta, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in August, 2014 We had wonderful weekend with our son and his family. Our grandchildren loved the log home - a totally new experience for them. The inside was gorgeous and the neighborhood was an enjoyable walk. I would and have recommended Elk Springs Resort to family and friends.
David S. from Oak Forest, IL recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in July, 2014 The cabin was as described. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and all the space to relax. The cleaning people need to get a Swiffer Duster for the window sills and fan blades. Otherwise everything was great.
Anglea B. from Cross Lanes, WV recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in July, 2014 Sweet Dreams was a beautiful cabin. Even though the cabins are close together there is still just enough privacy. Very clean and well maintained. And the gentleman I booked with was awesome, very helpful. A truly overall great experience. Easy reservation process, easy check in and out. And the location of the Resort is perfect. Not to far from town or too close. We will be back and definitely recommend Elk Springs to everyone. Thank you for helping to make our daughters birthday trip enjoyable.
A guest from Spring Hill, TN recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in July, 2014 Thoroughly enjoyed our 2-story cabin in Gatlinburg. A billiard table and a foosball table downstairs (basement) with a walkout porch and outdoor jacuzzi. Good privacy. Hardwood floors throughout. Nicely furnished with free wifi and cable television. Kids did not want to leave. Also only 20 minutes to Dollywood on the backroads. Great experience!
Roy B. from Hollywood, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in June, 2014 Returned for the second time but longer this time. We had a total of three Cabins for the family, all cabins were great and a great time was had by all. We cooked every night due to the number of family members, the kids stayed active and one night went to the community center for around of bowling and some basketball. Just like the first time we had a blast and will be returning soon.
A guest from Gettysburg, PA recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in May, 2014 We only had two nights there, but it was a great place to stay. Cabins are very nice, very clean, well stocked. Location is far enough outside Gatlinburg to get away from it all, but very convenient and a short ride to get back into it.
Valerie G. from Comstock Park, MI recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in May, 2014 Everything in the cabin was high quality and we really appreciated all the kitchenware and other extras provided. I also loved the fact that we were basically in the arts and crafts community everyone was so nice. And the view is unparalleled.
A guest from Greenville, SC recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in May, 2014 Our cabin was charming. We had plenty if room, it was modern, clean and had lots of ways of entertain ourselves with the spa, pool table, fooze ball and wifiWe were close to Gaitlinburg....a hoot and a half.....think Hillbilly meets Las Vegas minus the gambling :). We will be coming back to both Elks Springs and Gaitlinburg
A guest from Greenville, SC recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in April, 2014 We really enjoyed the experience. The cabin at Elk Springs Resort was beautiful and we had a wonderful time. I would recommend this getaway to anyone needing to relax. The only negative was the cleaning service had not cleaned very well. I found a childs clothing article under the bed and it didn't look like it had been swept under in a while. That was disappointing when we were packing up to leave. Otherwise, a perfect getaway.
A guest from Mason, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in March, 2014 We had a blast staying in the log cabin and enjoyed all the amendities. It was nice to be in the mountains but yet so close to all the activity. Kids loved it!
A guest from Nashville, TN recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in March, 2014 Great Family vacation! Very relaxing, clean, quiet and cozy. My preteen boys loved it and want to go back soon. So do the parents!
Amanda T. from Marietta, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in January, 2014 The cabin was beautiful and very clean. There were nice touches throughout, towels folded as swans and lovely decorations. The staff was very pleasant and the check in/out process is super efficient. I highly recommend this resort.
Richard A. from Charlotte, NC recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in December, 2013 It wasn't nearly long enough! We stayed a weekend and left wishing we were there for a week or more. Excellent cabin. Excellent location. Will definitely use Elk Springs again, just probably a bigger cabin with more people next time!!!
Susan L. from Hudson, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in November, 2013 Enjoyed a Thanksgiving family reunion. It was a great location and the facilities were great for everyone to spread out and relax. The house was very cozy and clean. Loved that it was decorated for the holidays. From my first phone call with Martie to our stay, everything was very professional, informative and well done. Met all of our expectations!
Justin S. from Cadillac, MI recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in November, 2013 Sweet Dreams and the whole Elk Springs Resort facilities are absolutely stunning, extremely clean, and in an awesome location. Only a few miles outside of Gatlinburg, tucked away in the foothills of the Smokies, but still close enough to enjoy the sights in town.I would recommend this resort to anyone and everyone, and we will definitely be returning.
Ethel M. from Cary, NC recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in November, 2013 our first cabin rental and we are very satisfied with this property at elks spring resort. the cabin was spotless, very clean for a pet friendly property. the location was great too, very close to the parkway and to downtown gatlinburg. we'll definitely come back. the only thing that my son complained of was the insect ( wasp ) a few of them got through the vent I guess, but we knew about it from the email. Overall it was avery great experience, I am giving it a score of 5 overall!
Dennis W. from Birmingham, AL recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in October, 2013 We stayed at the cabin for a week and had a wonderful time!! Everything was perfect (even the towels and washcloths were folded like elephants and we are huge Alabama Fans)!! We loved being able to bring our little dog, Gracie. I think the key to being able to bring your dog with you is to treat the property with the same respect you do your home. And we certainly did. We will definitely be back.
A guest from Catlettsburg, KY recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in October, 2013 Rear deck not very inspiring. Outside of back of cabin could be cleaned up. Lots of yellow jackets in the downstairs. Company should provide a location map of your cabin when you book it. I know one is available because i have seen it.
A guest from Jamestown, IN recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in September, 2013 We thoroughly enjoyed the cabin. We had our dogs with us and they lovedthe outside amenities. We did encounter some neighbors not picking up after their pets and hope these select few dont ruin it for responsible dog owners. We also brought my Dad and he had his own private living room, bedroom and bathroom to wind down each evening Real close to Gatlinburg and Smokey Mtn Park. We highly recommend it
A guest from Riverside, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in September, 2013 We were very impressed with the cabin and amenities. We had 4 adults in our party and the cabin provided plenty of space for us. The location was perfect; not too far from the Gatlinburg attractions yet not so close to feel smothered by all the activity. It was really nice to come back to the cabin in the evenings to a peaceful, quiet environment.
A guest from Cincinnati, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in August, 2013 Wonderful. A couple items to be improved upon: Once in Gatlinburg the amount of miles from one street to another seemed to be off a bit. Also, there were bees in our cabin...I got stung by one that was in my jacket.
Caryn W. from Lancaster, NY recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in July, 2013 Wow! What a beautiful place! Our family occupied 5 cabins located close together (of course, we liked Sweet Dreams best, as each other family liked their cabin best). The kitchens were large enough and well-equipped so that group meals could be prepared. Each cabin was spectacular in its own lay-out and mountain-themed decoration. Pool tables and hot tubs were at each cabin. Ours even had foose ball table. Best yet ours was pet-friendly and our pug was able to vacation with us! There is plenty to do and see in the area. However, a swimming pool was not readily available; a community pool would have been a perfect addition to the wonderful, beautiful reunion location. So glad we chose Elk Springs!
A guest from Phenix City, AL recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in June, 2013 Sweet Dreams was a very spacious cabin. Plenty of room for the family, and the pool table and Foosball kept the kids occupied, especially while it was raining. Only thing I would have liked was to have a tarp over the grill area. I think the cabin would be a nice cozy place in the winter, and hope to visit again one day. So glad to have had the chance to stay and would definitely recommend it.
A guest from Simpsonville, SC does not recommend this property. Stayed for 6 days in June, 2013 First I would say, Katie Dearborn who took care of our reservations is a definite asset to your resort. She is very professional, and fast to respond to emails. BUT, the Cabins were too close, I wanted something more secluded. I specifically asked about steps into the cabin, since there was not a photo of the outside of the cabin. I have MS and high or multiple steps are difficult. The cabin had high steps, making all my trips in and out of the cabin a struggle. The Trolley stop was close enough to walk too, as I was told. Although the cabin was orderly, the tables, countertops, dressers, were all dusty. We used the Hot tub once, the next time the water smelled Sour and could not be used. I called, and was told someone would be there that day at 3 to drain, and clean, no one showed up. For the cost of the Cabin, I expected something better. Overall, I would say our stay was "OK", although I would not return. Next year I will try a different resort.
A guest from O'Fallon, MO recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in June, 2013 We stayed in Sweet Dreams with our son and had a most wonderful time. The cabin was clean, nicely furnished and more than we ever dreamed. We loved Gatlinburg, but actually had two days we stayed "home" and just enjoyed the comfort and beautiful views from our porch. We could really relax having our dog with us and not in a kennel. We all agreed, we will be back and most likely back in Sweet Dreams!
A guest from Harrison, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in May, 2013 We loved our stay at sweet dreams. Everything was wonderful and well kept. My only suggestion would be to update the tvs and bed sheets/covers. We will definitely be back!
Jason G. from Chesterfield, MO recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in March, 2013 This is the first time we visited Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, TN and enjoyed it! We stayed at the Elk Springs Resort a little away from the busy Gatlinburg strip which was very relaxing and peaceful. We had booked the 'Sweet Dreams' 2 bedroom cabin with a pool and foosballl tables, DVD plays, fireplace, gas grill in back, and hot tub in the back. The bedroom and bathroom in the bottom floor was a bit cooler compared to the upstairs but wasn't bad. The design of the HVAC for this unit needs to be better, perhaps having a separate unit for the upstairs and downstairs. Currently, we can't turn the thermostat up beyond 67 degree F as it will get unbearable in the upstairs area but then the downstairs unit will be very cold. We did wish the temperature between the upstairs and downstairs was a bit more balance out. Dan Dearborn was very patient in answering our questions, very helpful and gave us a 25% discount for the days that we booked the week of our trip. We will definitely visit Elk Springs Resort again and perhaps try the 'smuggle inn or firefly lodge' during our next visit:)
Phil M. from Fayetteville, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in March, 2013 check in and out was very easy. we did not have to deal with any people. the doors have keypads so there are no keys to deal with. the hot tub was very hot when we arrived. the only problem was there was one thermostat for the tow story cabin which was set downstairs making the upstairs really hot (the whole "heat rises" thing. they did give us space heaters but we slept downstairs bc the upstairs would get too hot even with the heat set at 63..
Nichole M. from Aiken, SC recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in January, 2013 Everything was perfect! Clean, new, easy access to downtown! If I must mention a downside, it would be the interior temperature change/difference between the bottom floor main floor. Other than that, no complaints!
A guest from Southside, TN recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in January, 2013 Beautiful and quiet resort area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location only about 3 miles from anything you might need while staying there. I plan on making this my place to stay everytime I go back.
David S. from Selma, AL does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in December, 2012 The only problem we had was that it was very hot upstairs and cold downstairs. Also it would have been nice to have a light in the grill area.
Gaston H. from Lecanto, Fl. recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in December, 2012 The second bedroom did not have a King size bed as advertised. The bottom floor was cold at night. The TV's need to be updated. The rest of the cabin and the resort was great.
A guest from Mountain City, TN recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in November, 2012 My family stayed at Sweet Dreams over Thanksgiving. The overall experience was very good. I'd rent from the group again, but I'd try another cabin the next time around to try to avoid the early morning sun and heat it brings to the master bedroom (no curtain). Like most other multi-level cabins, there's a distinct difference in heat between the top and bottom floors. The floors weren't very clean behind the doors in those not-so-easy-to-reach places. The location is very good. A busy but nice Food City is close and downtown Gatlinburg is just a little further. The provided directions were great.
Melanie G. from Hamilton Square, NJ recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in November, 2012 This was our 5th stay at Elk Springs Resort & our 1st stay in Sweet Dreams. Once again, Elk Springs did not disappoint! There's a reason they're the only cabin resort we stay with in Gatlinburg. The location is great, the cabins are always clean and if there are ANY issues, they promptly handle them. The gas was turned off to the fireplace & they quickly remedied the situation. Sweet Dreams is pet-friendly and, if you bring your dog, is only 1 cabin away from a large grassy area. They even have a large dog crate!. The only issue is the heat on the lower level. It gets COLD down there! Luckily, the hot tub is close by. We can't say enough good things about Sweet Dreams or Elk Springs Resort!
Luis C. from Grand Island, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in October, 2012 This place was amazing..great price also only small inconvenience was the heating on the lower level was very poor, when we raised the thermostat the upper level would get really hot..then again we never called to see if there was a solution to this.. other than that, we had an amazing time..Thank you :)
A guest from Hueytown, AL recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in October, 2012 The cabin was spotless and well mainained in all respects. The property mangement team communicated extensively and effectively. The cabin was not as isolated as I was hoping; therfore, the view was not as appealing.
A guest from Summerville, SC recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in October, 2012 We had a wonderful time at the Sweet Dreams cabin and can't wait for our next trip. We would definitely stay here again as it was very nice and spacious. The free WiFi was great to have and everyone enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. Overall, the cabin was great except for the front steps. The first step up is a little higher than normal so there should be a sign to "Watch Your Step" as someone could get hurt coming down and there needs to be more light there. Also, there needs to be instructions on retrieving voice mail and we could only make phone calls out, no one could call in, it just went to voice mail. This is a great area to stay at since it's so close to the 8-mile loop shops and you don't have to deal with the hustle and bustle of downtown driving. We were there for the Craftsmen's Fair at the Convention Center and found a back way to the Fair so we didn't have to deal with the traffic. The leaves are changing now so it's a great time to visit!
Dennis M. from Rainbow City, AL recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in September, 2012 overall I think bathroom could have been cleaner u need more skillets having to wash towels everyday I was upset about we were told we would have 2 queen size br and we didn't
Property Manager Response: Response from Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals The sweet dreams cabin has 2 kings sized beds in the bedrooms. Dennis, we're sorry you felt the cabin was not clean enough. We do quality control walk all of our cabins prior to check to idenfity and remedy cleaning issues, however, should you have a problem please call us after check in as we have on site maintenance and cleaning staff and can respond within 10 minutes time. We appreciate your business and remember, repeat visitors get an addtional 10% off.
Melissa B. from Greensfield, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in September, 2012 We loved everything about the cabin. My only suggestion would be to have better lighting over the stove for cooking. The surface light is very dim. Maybe update the tv's and blankets for the pull out bedding. Other than that perfection!
Randy B. from New Haven, IN recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in August, 2012 This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the Elk Springs Resort Cabins and we have had a truely great experience, both times. We enjoy the cleanliness & homey feel of the cabins. After a day of sight-seeing & fun, it is relaxing to come back to the cabin & wind down in the hot tub or play pool or foosball. We enjoy taking morning walks around the resort location & enjoying the outdoors & scenery. Definitely be back...soon!!
A guest from Valrico, FL does not recommend this property. Stayed for 6 days in July, 2012 The cabin was a pet cabin. Bedding was shredded, carpets heavily soiled etc. It was in poor condition. My dog brought out someone else's socks from under the bed. Yuck! The location was great-right by all the craft stores. The cabins are built one on top of another. You can see in your neighbors windows and hot tub. Certainly not "secluded" as advertised. The cabin had very little decor-A few pics and shredded bedding. I would give it an "F" in this category. I rent cabins in the area 1-2 times per year and this was the worst-not secluded, not clean, sparsely decorated, old clunky TV's and DVD (not Blueray) from the early 90's. The staff member I dealt with was not very pleasant. The view from the front of the cabin is a giant dirt pile-you literally look into a cutout mountain. The rear is a retention pond. All the cabins circle this so there is an echo of everything spoken on the entire block. They also advertised free calling from the phone. It hung up every call at the 60 second mark. I met with two other friends and they left mid-week because of the filthy carpeting.
A guest from Mt. Hope, AL recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2012 Clean, beautiful cabin but with limited views. Situated in a "resort" setting, understandably the cabin was extremely close to neighboring cabins, thus making a privacy a concern. The only other concern was the "hit-and-miss" nature of phone calls to customer service---usually had to leave a message but did receive a response within 30 minutes max. But for our family, we had a great time!
A guest from Shepherdsville, KY recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in June, 2012 Wonderful place. Very well kept and great location. Only comment was with the linens. Too use or not, since they were already on the beds ,even though we brought our own!
A guest from Dawsonville, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in June, 2012 We were only able to get away for a few days after our wedding and found Elk Springs Resort by chance, and I couldn't have been any happier! The cabin was amazing, perfectly clean and fully stock with everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable, the hot tub was perfectly clean and had a nice view. Check in and check out were so easy, I just couldn't get over how wonderful the whole experience was. I was very impressed that after our first night, Elk Springs called us to see how we liked the cabin, and if there was anything that we needed. I can't wait to go back and have and will continue to recommend to all our friends and family!
Timothy V. from China Grove, NC recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in May, 2012 We came to Gatlinburg for our 30th wedding anniversary. We had a great time and we were impressed with the rental unit as soon as we drove up to it. All the rooms were decorated in great taste and with good themes. Everything was in order and was just like it was described on the website. We will be back and this time will bring the grandchildren.
Fred H. from Dublin, OH does not recommend this property. Stayed for 6 days in April, 2012 Required to follow up on items that were not working. Lack of communications and intructions on how to use items such as the phone, DVD. We mentioned numerous times the master toilet was not working properly and it was never fixed. One day the toilet ran the entire day and we did not notice until later that evening when we returned. Having water running all day has to impract your bottom line. We told you in advance the toilet had issues.
Property Manager Response: Response from Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals Hi Fred, thank you for the review. We did note that the toilet was running very very slowly and did fix it later in the day for you as there were some higher priority maintenance issues we were resolving for customers. Glad we could fix it for you later in the day. The phones we have are the same as a normal phone you would have at your home and the DVD is the same as well. Thanks again for your comments.
Brian S. from Clermont, FL does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in April, 2012 The property was advertised as sleeping 8, however there was no bedding for the 2 pullout units, but once I called management they responded quickly with bedding. There was a horrible septic stink that made being outside miserable, bad enough that it gave me a headache when I sat outside on the patio. The hot tub outside was filthy, the water was disgusting with grime all around the water edge, it wasn't useable. There was zero view of the mountain.I would not recommend this cabin to anyone!
Property Manager Response: Response from Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals Hi Brian, there was a sewer leak that occured during your stay that was remedied by the sewer company. This has not happened before and was resolved shortly after it was reported. We do apologize for the issue. We actually have a sewer treatment plant instead of a septic so we are treating the sewage as opposed to draining sewage onto the property like a traditional septic system does at most cabin properties. When you have a large party excessively using the hot tub it can get dirty. We do take the tubs seriously and treat them prior to your stay as well as provide a bromine floater to maintain the chemicals. However, due to the excessive use and size of your party we did advise during your stay to allow us to retreat the tub, but your party did deny us access to the tub to do so. We can't be held responsible for a dirty tub if you don't allow us to treat it, especially for a party of your size.
Sharon R. from Lexington, KY recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in April, 2012 Loved this cabin and would stay there again. Lots of room in the cabin for atleast 8 people. Enjoyed the game room and the Hot Tub. Wished the cabin had a better view from the upper level the main floor but the bottom floor does have a nice view of a field and trees.
A guest from Mount Olive, AL recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in February, 2012 The cabin was amazing! It snowed while we were there, so it made the stay even more enjoyable! The only things I have negative to say are when we checked in there were sheets (not sure if clean or not) on the bed in the master bedroom just thrown on there and a dirty coffee filter in the coffee pot. We could never get the downstairs never fully heated so we had to use 4 more blankets on the bed.
Property Manager Response: Response from Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals Hi Kellie, Glad you enjoyed your stay. Yes, we do clean all the linens, but if you are questioning them or anything please call us and we'd be happy to assist you as we have maintenance and housekeeping on site 24/7. The heat does work in the lower level and again if you have issues please let us know we'd be happy to assist you if you are having difficulty with the thermostat.Look forward to seeing you again on a future stay!
Debra N. from Texarkana, AK recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in December, 2011 Elk Springs is wonderful. The only complaint I have is that we could not get the downstairs WARM... we closed all vents upstairs to try to force heat downstairs, but the bedroom, gameroom and bath were COLD....
Tara A. from Lexington, KY recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in December, 2011 Loved our stay at this rental!! The pool table was spacious enough to play without hitting into the walls, and the layout is perfect for kids.
Annie S. from Cinncinati, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in October, 2011 It was delightful to have to dogs stay with us in the cabin and sit outside near the hot tub. The cabin was neat as a pin and will be back soon! Love Elk Spring - no other place is a true vacation.
Pam J. from Fort Meyers, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in September, 2011 Everything exceeded our expectations! The house was lovely, and the view was beautiful. Our two dogs were welcome in the Pet Friendly cabin, and our grandchildren were comfortable and happy. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Gatlinburg!
Shari K. from Winchester, VA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in September, 2011 The cleanest place I have ever seen. I do recommend a land line in the house. Our cell service to call for reservations was nearly non existent. Emergency calls would be hard to make.
This was the best stay ever!! Great location, wonderful views, private but not isolated, extremely clean- and I am very finicky
A guest from Logansport, IN recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2011 I would definitely recommend it +++++ to anyone planning a vacation in Gatlinburg. Our friends stayed in the same area, but with a different resort- although their cabin was nice, Elk Springs was much, much better- and they were both in the same price range.
A guest from Bagdad, KY recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in June, 2011 Another satisfied customer. Only thing is the bed downstairs actually is a queen. The staff is wonderful. We will be back.
Andre J. from Bowling Green, KY recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in June, 2011 It was very nice BUT the beds could have been softer. over all we had a great time the cabin was great. nice is an understatement.
We loved the cabins but were never able to use the hot tub even though two attempts were made to fix it. Also, you might want t
A guest from Edmond, OK recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2011 Land lines would allow us to enter an extension to contact other cabins as well as have contact with outside people. It was a beautiful setting and we enjoyed it!
Anna D. from Russell, Kentucky recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in April, 2011 We had a wonderful stay at the Sweet Dreams cabin! This was our first visit to the Elk Springs Resort and found the cabins to be beautiful with an excellent view. We have been visiting the Smokies for over 20 years and have stayed in many different cabins throughout the mountains and found this one to be one of the nicest we have visited. Since I have been nursing a few injuries that limited my walking abilities, we noticed a few things that might not have been apparent to other visitors to the resort. There were only a couple things we would have changed about our stay, and they were the amount of traffic in and out of the resort (and past our cabin, day and night) was a little distracting. Nevertheless, we found it entertaining to keep track of how often certain guests passed by our cabin. Then the other minor problem was that the igniter on the gas grill was broken and we did not have any matches to prepare our lunch one afternoon. However, we became very creative and managed to discover enough fire to light the grill manually. We really did enjoy the cabin and our visit to the Smokies this year and are making plans to return this fall. We will definitely keep Elk Springs Resort in mind when we make our reservations. Thanks for such a nice break from the everyday challenges of our normal lives.
James W. from Sussex, WI recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in October, 2010 Cabin is just off the Gatlinburg crafters road - unique shops on the way into town. Absolutely beautiful inside the cabin - the entire cabin had pine walls and a beautiful floor with great cabin decorations. 10 minutes from Gatlinburg's main road. Had a maintainence issue with the air conditioner and they fixed it next day while we were out. Would certainly stay again.
A guest from New Albany, IN recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in July, 2010 I came down with four friends of mine for a long weekend in the area. The cabin was perfect- close enough to everything, yet far enough away to feel private. There was enough room for everyone; the property was in excellent condition; the management was friendly and helpful. I definitely plan to come back!
Delightful! Cabin is beautiful and had everything we were looking for...
Michele L. from Wildwood, MO recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in October, 2009 Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. Don't forget to bring shampoo, dishwasher detergent (they provide one packet), and laundry detergent (they provide one). The view of the mountains is limited from this cabin. If you want to see the fall colors, be sure to book the last two weeks of October for optimum Fall colors. We'll definitely visit again next year.
Jane P. from Lake City, TN recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in October, 2009 In Sweet Dreams, we had everything we needed in a nice pet-friendly rental. I was diappointed about the view; however, this in NO WAY reflects any misrepresentation on the part of Elk Springs Resort. In fact, the unit was just as described. I did not ask about the view when making the reservation. These are wonderful people to do business with! I recommend ESR to anyone wanting to stay near the Arts & Crafts community while not too far from Dollywood.
A guest from Clinton, MS recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in September, 2009 We had a wonderful stay. Andy was so helpful and accommodating during the reservation process. The only thing that could have been improved - we needed either more towels or another pack of laundry detergent. Other than that, it was a fantastic visit and we can't wait for our next trip to the area! Thank you so much!!
Property Manager Response:
During your stay, if you need something you can always call. We are happy to help.
A guest from Meridian, MS recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in September, 2009 My family stayed in Sweet Dreams for 5 days, 4 nights. We absolutely loved it, the only complaint we had was the lack of privacy, we tried to find the pool and never found it, I was beginning to wonder if they even had one. But over all it was very nice, clean, and well taken care of. We will definetly be back.
A guest from Matthew, NC does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in August, 2009 Honestly, I was not impressed with my stay at Elk Springs Resort. The website states "the cabins feature private, secluded, wooded lots with mountain views".I was hoping for a cabin with a nice view overlooking the mountains and what I got was a view of a washed out common area and the only other view was of other cabins. The website also states "resort amenities will include an indoor pool, outdoor pool, picnic pavilion ... ".The keywords there are "will include" as these amenities do not exist. The website also said our unit sleeps 8.I have found that a two-bedroom, two-bath unit will usually accommodate 4 or 5 people, but, I wouldn't want 8 staying in my cabin.I thought the Elk Springs Resort video was misleading.I had visions of a mountain stream meandering through the property. The only water feature is at the front entrance - a small man-made water feature in the median of the main entrance. Elk Springs Resort also gives you the option of express check-in - if you give them your cell phone number, they will call you when your unit is ready.I feel Elk Springs Resort should also ask you who is your cell phone provider - it appears that Verizon is only consistent provider in the area (I have AT&T).We chose the express check-in option, but, never received a call. When we went to check-in at the Elk Springs Resort office, the office was closed (3PM on a Thursday afternoon). We had to borrow the usage of a land line next door at a pub to call the office to get the access code to the cabin.I have stayed at other resorts and I have been impressed.Again, this was not one of those times.Would I visit Gatlinburg again? YesWould I stay at Elk Springs Resort again? Probably not.My advice ... read the fine print and know what you are getting.
A guest from Somerville, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in August, 2009 The layout of the cabin was great, providing privacy for both couples, yet providing plenty of common areas for everyone to enjoy. It would have been nice to have 2 additional rocking chairs on the deck for that morning coffee or the evening drinks, but over all we would definitely stay here again without hesitation.
David T. from Calhoun, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 1 days in July, 2009 This was a great place to stay everything was great the cabin was comfortable and had lots of romm for our next stay we r going to get a larger cabin so more friends can come but its was da first cabin i been to and i am going to keep comeing here!
A guest from Plano, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in June, 2009 Our cabin was clean, looked nearly brand new, and was chock full of amenities. The only complaint is that we could not stay longer, but the real world calls. On the drive back home, we were already talking about our next visit back to Elk Springs Resort and Gatlinburg!
Property Manager Response:
thanks for the review, Ken, and we're glad you had such a good time. As a repeat guest you get 10% off your next stay!
julie k. from Humboldt, TN recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in June, 2009 We only had one tiny problem but we made do.... the king bed had a support underneath that was not attached properly , but we reported it apon our departure. Thanks so much for the qiuck and easy check i and out process. We'll be back!
Property Manager Response:
Thank you for the comments. We replaced the bed frame and it resolved the problem. Look forward to seeing you again for a future stay and we're glad you like the express check-in! It's very popular and convenient.
A guest from Vandergrift, PA recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in May, 2009 We had a wonderful time. The cabin was beautiful. We will definitely stay at Elk Springs Resort again. The only issue we had was with the reservation process. It is difficult to reach a person and there were a few times that I did not get a return call after leaving a message. But they were quick to respond by email. And check in/out were a breeze, couldn't be easier.
Jane M. from Matthews, NC recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in May, 2009 We really enjoyed our stay at Elk Springs Resort and look forward to coming back soon. We recommended Elk Springs to my mother and her husband and they plan on coming up and staying a month this summer. Thanks Jane M.
julia c. from jackson, TN recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in May, 2009 the resort is very nice and the cabins are very modern and spacious. The location is very convient to downtown. Our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing.
Anthony F. from Fl, SC recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in May, 2009 Other than the check-in process everything else went smoothley and we had a great time at the cabin. This was our first experience renting a cabin and it is definately the way to go.
Property Manager Response:
Hi Anthony, we're glad you enjoyed your stay. We now have an express check in where you can go directly to the cabin and bypass the check in office.
Joanie B. from Deatsville, AL recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in May, 2009 This is a great place to go to get away! The cabin was beautiful and close to downtown. The only problems we had were the jets in the hot tub were not very strong but it was still nice.
Stephanie E. from Bradenton, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in May, 2009 We were never able to find the indoor pool. Also it would be helpful in the past to inform guests that they will need toiletries etc. when the ones provided run out. Thankfully the manager on call was in the area and dropped off some...Thanks!!!
John S. from Birmingham, AL recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in April, 2009 We loved the general location and the cabin as a whole. Absolutely no complaints. Liked how the cabin was away from the craziness of downtown and had a grocery store 5 minutes away. We only wish we felt a little more secluded from the other cabins. We would like to have screens on the side of the porch to increase seclusion from the neighbors. Overall, has to be one of the best places to stay in the Gatlinburg area
MICHAEL Q. from KISSIMMEE, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in April, 2009 From making the reservation to checking out, the process was very easy. The express check-in allowed my family and I to travel directly to the cabin, and bypassing the check-in office. The e-mail days prior to the trip provided valuable information about the do's and don't about directions and your resposibilities while staying in the cabin. There was plenty of room, the beds were comfortable and clean, the hot tub was very nice during the cold nights, the wireless internet was much needed to handle personal business, the pots, pans, dishes, and dishwasher allowed us to cook home meals, and the washer and dryer prevented us from bringing home a week's worth of dirty laundry. Overall, it was a tremendous experience. Downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge were only 10-15 minutes away.
A guest from Cary, NC recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in March, 2009 We had a wonderful time - Elk Springs was just what we needed to get away from the "rat race" and relax. The cabin was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and conveniently located just around the corner from the art district and about 10 or 15 minutes from the heart of Gatlinburg. The best part was that we were allowed to share our vacation with our two labradors - they loved all of the wide open space to explore. The worst part was my husband beat me mercilessly at pool. Oh well, there's always next year for a re-match - we'll definitely be back!
John C. from Arcadia, LA recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in February, 2009 Great place - Needs a couple of improvements - The heating system has only one thermostat and that is upstairs. Upstairs is uncomfortably warm; downstairs is too cold. Downstairs sofabed needs repair. top center of matress sags; is not supported; causing sofabed to be unusable.
Bill M. from Indianapolis, IN recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in February, 2009 Loved the cabin except for one issue. The heating system in the cabin was very poor. Lower level was at least 10 degrees colder than upper. if we had people staying on the lower level we would have asked to move.
Heather I. from Hapeville, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in February, 2009 Absolutely adored our cabin! I still miss it! We can't wait to return and stay longer this time. We'll definitely be using Elk Springs for our future cabin needs!
Maryuri D. from Windermere, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in January, 2009 On Jan 2 2009 I went to Gatlinburg with my family who flew all the way from Venezuela. I wanted it to be something special and guess what? staying at Elk Spring Resort Cabins made it real. The cabin where we stayed called "Sweet Dreams" was Beautiful, clean, the amenities were Great, it had a nice, luxurious and super complete kitchen, 3 (THREE) TVs, etc....., sleeping there was so good (great beds!!!). It had to table games in the lower level and even a hot tub (we did not use it because we are not used to going to the tub when is cold outside). Everything that I asked for for a special stayed we had so thank you soooo much for your service that by the way I think it was afordable. The only complain I have is that the central AC/Heater does not cover the lower level and my parents (that were sleeping in that level) were freezing. I guess it is the way it was built but maybe if you add a local heater to that room or add a fireplace or something would help.. Thanks
We really liked the cabin but would have loved to have more grassy area for the dogs to walk on. However, the stay was great and
Julia P. from Christiansburg, VA recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in December, 2008 Community wares. It was a great opportunity to stay in another part of Gatlinburg where we could take our dogs too. It is a nice resort and we will stay again. Kim was really helpful and followed up with us as we were driving closer to the vacation spot to direct us there. We think you are very nice and wish you well! The property was clean as the reports said. I liked that.Thank you. Julia
Beautiful cabin and great location to get to/from park
A guest from Miramar, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in October, 2008 Very nice and clean. Kids loved pool table and foos ball table. Hot tub nice.....kids came back with a rash and impetigo, however......most likely from the hot tub or linens.
A guest from St. Louis, MO recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in September, 2008 This rental had all the bells. The kitchen had all the right gadgets. The cabin was just beautiful, spotless and exceeded our expectations. We were very happy with the total rental agreement and stay.My only complaint, and it is minor, is that the cabins are fairly close to one another. We have not stayed at other cabins so we cannot compare with other locations or developments.
