Waterberry tree is starting to obscure some sea view. 4 car parking spots under it.
Open-plan sittingroom has 3 two-seater couches, a fireplace and DStv.The dining area and kitchen form a social area with the patio with built-in braai and table and chairs. Reading nook/pub area, study. Sliding doors open all areas. Games, boogey boards and picnic set for sundowners on the rocks/beach available. No pets; baboons sometimes visit. 5 min' walk from cafe. Peak time available DEC 27, 2008 for minimum 9 days. Also throughout year, when possible.
