Sunny, open-plan home 5 min' walk from sea: Langbaai, Skulpiesbaai and exquisite famous Cliff Path from where one watches the whales in winter (June-August) and the fynbos and blue sea in summer.(Nov-Febr)
L-shaped house: one leg single-storey (2 bedrooms, 1x single beds)and one leg double-storey (two double bedrooms en suite-double beds) All bedrooms with sliding doors to patio or decks. Sleeps 8. Coffee-room leads to two decks that allow beautiful Klein River Mountain view (pink during sundowners!) or partial sea view during day. Waterberry tree is starting to obscure some sea view. 4 car parking spots under it.
Open-plan sittingroom has 3 two-seater couches, a fireplace and DStv.The dining area and kitchen form a social area with the patio with built-in braai and table and chairs. Reading nook/pub area, study. Sliding doors open all areas. Games, boogey boards and picnic set for sundowners on the rocks/beach available. No pets; baboons sometimes visit. 5 min' walk from cafe. Peak time available DEC 27, 2008 for minimum 9 days. Also throughout year, when possible.
Security. Lawn at back of house enclosed.

Peak time will be the December holidays, Easter (April), Whale season (May-Sept)and during the Festivals.(July and August, Sept, Oct)
When booking, the following is payable: A cleaning fee of $50
deposit of $200
payment of 50 % of the total accommodation cost.
The balance is payable two weeks prior to occupation.
