Our condo is centrally located to the beach, which is right downstairs, the ferry pier to Cozumel next door, exquisite shopping on 5th Ave. one block away, fine local dining and American fast food chains, scuba diving, wet biking and parasailing, championship golf, Mayan ruins tours and family entertainment at Xcaret. Walmart is within walking distance for groceries, drinks and beach toys. The condo has a sleeper futon and satellite TV in the living area, a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, dual burner electric cook top, coffee maker, plates, glasses and flatware, access to common washer & dryer and king size bed in the bedroom. The shower in the bathroom is separate from the vanity and sink. Bottled water, towels and twice weekly cleaning service are included. Mexico's most famous margaritas are served right downstairs, and our new balcony extends over the roof of Mexico’s most famous margarita bar.
