This beautiful selection of four apartments ( or can be 1 large villa ) is situated in the prestigious area of Puerto Del Carmen called Los Mojones. Only three minutes walking will take you to shops, supermarket, restaurants, bars and a fantastic shopping mall. The beaches are also within easy walking, as is The Old Town, famous for its harbour, excellent restaurants including specialist fish and tapas bars.
These four apartments are of a good quality, furnished and decorated well.

Both levels of the apartments have lockable interconnecting doors therefore becoming one large apartment with four bedrooms if desired.
Each apartment consists of two twin bedrooms which can be pushed together to make a double as seen on the picture. Also one shower room.
The kitchen is equipped with oven/hob and fridge freezer. There is a communal washing machine for the four apartments or local laundry.
The two top apartments (first floor) have sea views and the ground apartments are on pool level.
There is a lovely communal acclimatised solar heated pool with children’s section and sunbathing areas. Depth of pool min 50 metres, max 1.70 metres.
The apartments have the benefit of alarm system and safe. Each apartment can sleep up to 5 people, extra beds can be arranged.
