For shared use: grounds 2'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 80 - 280 cm, 02.07.-10.09.). Outside shower, tennis (1 x hard court). Parking by the house at 10 m. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, sandy beach 3 km, rocky beach "Cala Rossa" 3 km. Please note: car essential.
