The villa has recently been refurbished inside to a higher standard than normal for a holiday home and yet is still competitively priced. There are 2 lounges, with the main lounge housing a 32" T.V. & a video/dvd player with cable T.V. The second lounge has a queen size sofa bed and is ideal for a relaxing read.The huge master bedroom features an en-suite with bath & walk in shower, his & hers vanity units, his & hers walk in closets. It also has patio doors leading onto the lanai & pool area. There is a double bedroom with queen size bed and then a twin bedded room both sharing a bathroom with bath & overhead shower. This bathroom has a door leading onto the lanai & pool area.
A cot/crib is available @ £15 per week. The kitchen is fully equipped and adjoins two dining areas, one formal and one breakfast area. There is a seperate utility room with a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. Outside we have a screened pool and lanai area with table, chairs and sunloungers, plus a gas barbeque for those alfresco dining evenings. Beautiful gardens compliment the front & rear of the villa.
