This lovely gulf front condo comes with all the amenties necessary to make your vacation a memorable one. It comes with King Size bed in the bedroom. Bunk beds are located in the hall for the children and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The one half baths makes it easier to get ready to go out.

Enjoy your morning coffee on your private balcony, as you watch the waves break on the beach.

The kitchen is fully stocked with the all items needed. It does come with a washer and dryer. The lving room and bedroom both have a TV.

The Summit is a gated complex with 24 hour security. There is a kiddie pool for the little ones.

Enjoy the on grounds tiki bar,restaurant,ice cream shop,store,hottubs,
tennis courts.

applied regardless if your stay is for 3 nights or 7 nights.

We have a cancellation policy that is explained in a rental agreement.

The Summit charges $10.00 registration, and $25.00 during Spring Break which you pay upon arrival, it pays for your parking & on premisis pass.
