Is set on a farm with 22 ha grounds at 600 m above sea level, with vineyards, olive groves, forest and a small lake (fishing). There are 2 outbuildings, divided into apartments. On our book we have 5 apartments in one of the outbuildings, each one has private entrance and private outdoor. Large working farm "Il Cappuccio". 4 km from the centre of Città di Castello, 20 km from the centre of Sansepolcro, 45 km from the centre of Perugia, in the countryside.
