Our Pricing Philosophy:
After the free trial period, our pricing is based on subscriptions. Our philosophy is to make our pricing simple and deliver value to our listing owners/managers that far exceeds your subscription costs.

There are no commissions of any kind.  Unlike other vacation rental sites, there are no extra charges for photos, "priority/featured listings", links to your personal/company web site, or additional "add on features".

Perfect Places offers substantial discounts for Owners/Managers listing multiple properties. Three subscription length options are offered to meet your marketing needs and budget.

For 6 month subscriptions, all listings must be purchased at the same time in order to receive the multiple property listing discount.

• $119.95 for first property
• $50 per property for listings 2-5
• $40 per property for listings 6-10
• $30 per property for listings 11-50
• Over 50 properties, please contact us and we will discuss your specific requirements and pricing
For one year subscriptions, listings added within six months of the initial subscription purchase will automatically receive the multiple listing discount.
2 Years
• $199.95 for first property
• $80 per property for listings 2-5
• $60 per property for listings 6-10
• $40 per property for listings 11-50
• Over 50 properties, please contact us and we will discuss your specific requirements and pricing
For two year subscriptions, listings added within eighteen months of the initial subscription purchase will automatically receive the multiple listing discount.
