Prior to founding Garrett Realty Services, Marie and Julia were real estate brokers. Together, they have over 50 years of combined experience. They’ve put their knowledge to work over the years to become highly respected in the vacation rental management and real estate sales arenas. Garrett Realty Services can provide you with assistance throughout Northwest Florida’s Emerald Coast. Their corporate office is located in the heart of Seagrove Beach on Seagrove Plaza. Other offices are located at BeachCrest Condos and Beachside Villas.

Our Rental Program

Garrett Realty Services manages more than 300 properties in Seaside, Seagrove, Seacrest, Rosemary Beach and Inlet Beach. If you have a property you’d like managed, rest assured that with our experience, not only will yours be taken care of, we’ll ensure that guests have a premier experience. Our front desk is open as during the day, with hours of operation varying by season. We also offer a 24-hour, on-call service, and our management team is available 24/7 as well.

Each unit gets the attention it needs to keep it looking and operating at the highest level, for complete guest satisfaction. Highly trained and qualified housekeepers and inspectors give each and every unit personal attention, ensuring that your rental property is in the best condition possible. Laundry is handled at a separate laundry facility, with service available to guests as well. Our linen pool ensures that all units are supplied with top of the line sheets, towels and kitchen linens, all of which are inspected with each wash to ensure the highest quality.
