Cancellation Policy:
The reservation deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made more than one month prior to arrival. If less than one month, only if unit is rerented.

Terms and Conditions:
Payment in full is required before arrival. Payment via PayPal is preferred. Payment via check or money order must arrive two full weeks before arrival.
Damage deposit will be refunded within one week of departure assuming there is no significant damage or loss.
