Villa Bosque Mar is a new villa that was first let in August 2005. The villa is only 5 minutes to the beach and tennis and 10 minutes to the nearest gof course. This beautiful vacation home is located above the delightful coastal town of Salobrena, which is located on the Costa Tropical of Granada in Andalucia in the south of Spain. The villa´s name reflects the lovely views it offers over a verdant wooded valley to the sea and Moorish castle of Salobrena.
The villa is designed in beautiful Spanish rustic style with all of the comforts of a modern luxury villa including high speed, wireless internet access (WIFI). It has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a private heated pool with a custom safety enclosure for young children, a powerful and relaxing hot tub, central hot and cold air conditioning, and a large covered porch with a summer kitchen and barbeque area. The villa can sleep up to 10 people.
One of the nicest features of the interior of the villa is the spacious and luminous great room with over 5 meter high vaulted ceilings. These high ceilings make the large lounge/diner feel even more spacious than it already is. The exterior of the villa is characterised by a gabled roof with round wooden windows with a beautiful wrought iron design in the centre of each peak, wood beams above each window and rustic brick walls with decorative tiles giving them a creative twist.

The layout of the villa is as follows.
Entry Level:
- open plan great room, which serves as our lounge and diner, with vaulted ceilings
- balcony off of great room with table and chairs perfect for breakfast or an evening drink
- open plan, rustic kitchen with a breakfast bar and imported granite work surfaces
- master suite with a large ensuite bathroom that features a rounded corner tub and a walk in shower as well as his and hers sinks
- magnificent views from the great room, master bedroom and even the kitchen
- laundry room with washer and tumble dryer
Downstairs:
- queen size bedroom with a large sliding glass door that leads directly onto the pool terrace and an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower and his and hers sinks
- twin bed that sleeps 3 with 2 windows to enjoy the stunning views
- twin bedroom that can sleep up to 3 people
- full bathroom for the use of the 2 twin bedrooms with easy access from the pool
- poolside shower with hot and cold water so if everyone needed to get ready at once, the outdoor shower could also be used
