Public transport to Bracciano and Rome.
Public parking always available whethet free of charge or charged only 0,30 euro per day.
Very calm and safe area. The lake is beautiful!!
Ideal location for sport, relax and excursions. Many interesting places in the neighbourhood. Rome easily accessible by public transports (in about 1 hour).
Sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, cycling and hiking.
Excellent restaurants a few steps from the house.
