The Bel Air Townhouse

Description:
The townhouse is a luxury air conditioned 4 bed, 3 bath townhouse is situated near to Los Flamingos Golf and Country Club and set amidst the foothills of the Sierra Blanca mountains just inland from the famous Puerto Banus Harbour. Los Flamingos boasts 3 superb 18 hole par 72 golf courses and one 9 hole course which have been carefully designed by Antonio García Garrido and built to enhance the beauty of its surroundings. There is a Driving Range, Club House, numerous restaurants and a gym. The townhouse has a superb roof top solarium for al fresco dining, 3 further terraces and a large communal swimming pool for residents only. It is furnished by a top interior designer to the highest standard. The complex is completely sheltered with access controlled security and under ground parking. Puerto Banus is 10 mins drive away with its many restaurants, designer shops, casino and nightclubs. You can enjoy suntrap beaches, crystal clear seas, all within minutes of Los Flamingos.

Master Bedroom - four poster bed with walk in dressing room, full en-suite bathroom, fully fitted wardrobes and terrace.

Bathrooms - Full en-suite bathroom to Master Bedroom.

Bathroom 2- has a full bath/shower/wc and washbasin.

Bathroom 3- has a full bath/shower/bidet/wc and washbasin.

Washroom - there is also a washroom in the basement room with toilet and basin.

Kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster and iron/ironing board.
Living/Dining room is fully fitted with table/chairs, a 2&3 seater leather sofa, flatscreen TV and DVD. It also has a C/D player.
Linen and towels are provided. Linen is changed on a weekly base. Beach towels are not provided, please bring your own. High chair and cot hire are available upon request at an extra cost per week for both.

The Bel Air platinum accommodation is fitted with air conditioning and heating. At the basement is a double-parking bay leading through to the Villa. Cot and high chair can be rented at a cost

We are very flexible and we will accommodate you at whatever time you wish to arrive and depart the accommodation.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable 10 weeks prior to departure.

Pre-book a grocery pack for £25
Your accommodation will be cleaned prior to your arrival with a change of towels and bed linen. For stays of 10 nights or more a second clean of linen will be arranged. Extra cleaning can be arranged in advance and will be charged for in resort. This can be paid for in the UK or locally
