This modern villa consists of three fully furnished floors surrounded by a pretty garden (1500 m2) , a solarium, two spacious panoramic terraces with private pool and sea view, equipped with sun beds, tables, chairs and sun umbrella. This private and secluded villa is reserved exclusively for families and small groups.
Villa built on three levels: On the first level there is a double bedroom en-suite with shower, another bedroom with 4 beds ,one double and two single or 4 single, en-suite with shower. Both bedrooms have a terrace/solarium with sea view equipped with sun beds and sun umbrella.The second level there is: living room with sofas, fire place, dining area, two large panoramic terraces equipped with sun beds, tables, chairs and sun umbrellas.On the third level there are: Other bedrooms en-suite with shower, air conditioning/heating, safety boxes and direct access to the panoramic garden .All bedrooms have access to one of the panoramic terraces.There is room for 15 in the living room and 15 in the dining room.The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils and a second bathroom. From the kitchen there is access to one of the terraces which provides a wonderful backdrop to your delicious al fresco meals.The garden is equipped with a wooden gazebo furnished with benches and tables where delicious breakfasts, made with typical local products, are served.
Sleeps 10; on 12.The villa has parking on-site, with access via a short path, through a wooded area.The villa is in a very quiet area.It has a private swimming pool, a south facing garden, a west facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque.If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
As already happened in the past to our guests, the most difficult moment is when you leave the residence. You can return and you will be welcome with affection and courtesy in every moment in the best way possible.

Rentals are inclusive of linen, towels, gas, electricity and all other utilities - and two hours cleaning per day
Final cleaning is not included in the price and costs 200 euros.
Heating during the winter costs 150 euro per week; extra cleaning on request: 10 euro per hour; cook on request:20 euro per hour; pizza party: 200 euro.
A 60% deposit is required upon confirmation, the balance is payable in cash on the day of arrival.
A deposit of 500 euro is required on arrival and is reimbursed the day of check-out.
• In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 90 and 60 days before arrival, 60% of the booking deposit is reimbursed. The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 59 days and 30 days prior arrival, 40% of the booking deposit is reimbursed; the cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days before arrival entails the forfeiting of all payments made. In case of no - show the deposit is no refundable
Hours of entry to the apartments are from 15.00 pm until 20.00 pm. Within these hours there is always someone to meet you and to show you the apartment and give you the keys. Out of these hours there is a charge of Euro 50 to send somebody to welcome you and give you the keys.
