Villa La Sarelle
In grounds of over 2 acres the villa faces south and enjoys the sun throughout the day. Although in a quiet peaceful location the medieval town of SarlaT is only minutes away. Known for centuries as the Perigord Noir, Sarlat dates back to the 9th century. With its maze of alleys and squares and cathedral it is by far the most important tourist site in the region. The city is very much alive particularly at night during the summer months.Accommodation: The entrance hall of the property opens into a large lounge kitchen and dining room. There are two large patio doors with electric shutters that open on to the covered veranda and overlook the grounds and swimming pool. From one end of the lounge are tiled steps leading to the four bedrooms. 10 tiled steps lead up to two double bedrooms both en-suite.
Bedroom 1: Double bedded room en-suite with bath. Patio door opening onto a small veranda overlooking the pool and grounds.
Bedroom 2: Twin bedded room with en-suite shower room. Window overlooking the garden to the side of the property.

Kitchen: Spacious with gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. Door leading into a Large utility room with washing machine, ironing board and hot water heater, small fridge.
Lounge/Dining: Two large sofas, two arm chairs, coffee table, television and video, radio/CD player. Dining table comfortably seating 8.
Outside, Immediately surrounding the villa there are flower beds with shrubs, plants and lawn, the remainder of the grounds being prairie. The covered veranda has a large table with 8 chairs for outside dining. The swimming pool is of a good size 10m x 5m and has the benefit of the sun all day. The ample terrace is well equipped with sun beds and umbrella. The property is private and approached from a private drive. To the side of the villa there is a purpose built barbecue. There is electric heating throughout making this property suitable for year round letting.

A refundable damage deposit of £300 will be requested.
A supplement of £50 per week for heating during October to May will apply if required.
Local English resident is on call in emergency.
No smoking or pets are permitted in the property.
