The Villa and private grounds

Only a 5-minute walk from the center of the medieval market town of Sarlat the villa offers comfortable accommodation on one level for up to 5 people. Although close to the town center it is located in a quiet residential part with views over the valley. Retractable sunblinds shade the large south and east facing terraces where garden furniture offers the opportunity to sit and eat in comfort. Mature trees in the landscaped one-acre garden also provide ample shade. A private drive gives access to the property and an integral garage is provided.

· Kitchen: Dishwasher, micro-electric oven, 4-ring gas hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Door which opens onto the east terrace
· Lounge/Dining room: Two French windows open onto the east terrace and sliding patio doors open onto the south terrace. Dining table and chairs two sofas, television, video tape and CD system, radio.
· Electric central heating throughout

Outside

· Two large terraces both east and south both with garden furniture and sunblind. Landscaped garden extending to an acre with brick built barbecue. Private drive. Garage.
