Wake up in the master bedroom which features tall windows for a great view of the waves crashing. The master bath features two separate rooms, one for the whirlpool tub and one for the shower. There is a large closet and a deck off the master bedroom. There is also a coffee pot up in the bedroom so you can spend a peaceful morning on the deck with your cup of Joe. On this level there are also 2 more bedrooms (3 total), all with queen size beds and another bathroom (2 total). The washing machine and dryer are also on this floor of the homel.

On the second level, which is the living level, you will find an open floor plan kitchen, dining and living room. Kitchen and dining/living are separated by a bar with seating for 6. The dining table is a large square with seating for 8. The deck looks out at the beach and you have 2 tables, each with seating for 6 and a bar with seating for 4. A bathroom is located on this level and a bedroom with a bunk bed (twin on top/full on bottom).
The garage level also has a bedroom and full bathroom with a private back door to a grassy backyard and an outdoor shower. Covered parking for at least two vehicles and a door to the elevator is located on this level. There is also a fish cleaining sink outside.
