The main farmhouse has been divided into three apartments one of which is on the ground floor and two are on the first floor. A few meters away is the charming outbuilding with small private garden. Simple rustic style furnishings. Hot water with boiler. Air condition in all apartments. The owner occasionally lives in an apartment on the ground floor of the farmhouse, while another apartment is inhabited all year round. Distances: Sant???Agata sui Due Golfi with all kinds of shops, bar, restaurants, bus stop, post office and bank 1.5km, Massa Lubrense centre with all kinds of shops, restaurant, bus stop, post office, bank and public telephone 7km, the Amalfi Coast and Sorrento 10km, Naples (airport) 55km.
