BOOKABLE DIRECT WITH THE OWNER La Villa Sinzelle is a traditional Perigord style house, with its own pool and garden, providing comfortable accomodation for 8 adults or for 6 adults and 6 children. Newly furnished and well equipped it also has the benefit of full gas central heating and log fire making it perfect for winter lets. The house has three large double bedded bedrooms and a kids bedroom (with two bunbeds and a double bed), making it ideal for families and couples traveling together. Downstairs:
- The nicely furnished bedroom has its own private shower-room and toilets.
- Next door, there is an utilitary room with a washing machine. Groundfloor:
- The large kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, full size oven, and both gas and electric hotplates, and is fully equipped.
- The attractive living room contains two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and television with access to satellite channels, dvd player and hi fi sound system for you to enjoy and relax. It has French doors which lead to a large terrace. The stunning views of the medieval village and the countryside all around make a lovely spot to enjoy the sundowner!
- The second double bedded bedroom has also a bathroom with toilets just next door Upstairs:
- The third double beeded bedroom can easily fits cot if required.
- The last bedroom comprises two bunbeds and a fourth double bed and can accomodate two other adults or up to 6 children.
- Between the bedrooms, there is another shower room with toilets. Private Swimming pool: 5x10m with roman steps, secured by alarm. Open from June till the end of September. Saint Cyprien: Picturesque city, harmony of warm coloured walls in a green landscape, Saint-Cyprien will seduce you with its unique geographical site, at the crossroads of Perigord Noir touristical treasures. It is therefore ideally situated for exploring the beautiful region of Black Perigord and sampling the local specialities in the many excellent restaurants nearby.
The Black Perigord dominates the Vezere and Dordogne Valleys. A countryside timelessly beautiful since prehistoric times. Montignac, Font-de-Gaume, les Eyzies-de-Tayac (Prehistoric Capital) la Roque-Saint-Christophe, le Bugue, Limeuil, Terrasson, Saint-Cyprien and Sarlat, Gastronomic Capital, these are the high points. There too many castles and caves to mention.
