Seven miles to Sarlat for more extensive shopping and weekly Saturday market. The views from this delightful little house are, quite simply, the most spectacular of any in our brochure. With the river Dordogne stretching away in the valley below, you can see no fewer than five chateaux from the secluded sun trap patio garden with its pool (8x4m 29/05 - 25/09), terrace and small lawn with garden furniture. Steps lead down to second terrace which has a summer kitchen with barbecue and sink.

Entrance through cobbled courtyard to dining room with two armchairs and open fireplace, leading to kitchen/dining room with kitchen corner behind a bar with electric oven, mixed hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher and door to terrace. Very comfortable new sitting room with flat screen TV, DVD and CD player and also on the ground floor a double bedroom with view of the river below, shower room with basin and separate wc. Upstairs are two further bedrooms under the eaves, a double with river and chateau view and a twin. Washing machine and extra fridge in room off courtyard. Bed linen available at extra cost payable locally.
