Villa Laura is a stunning, contemporary-styled villa (90 sq. m.) resting hillside with beautiful valley views, set away in a private stone walled courtyard. A polished décor set in traditional old Tuscan stone blends seamlessly to give this villa a unique style.
This one-floored villa offers a great outdoor space for children, and given the proximity of the pool, they can be kept easily in view. The private pool has a central spa bath. There is also a lounge area with sun beds and umbrellas, which is directly accessible through glass pane doors from the villa, and a pool solarium with dining area under the villa portico, which has panoramic views. The paved stone courtyard is furnished with cushioned rattan furniture. There are also about 1000 sq.m. of gardens, olive trees, flower beds, and extensive lawns.The loggia has beautiful views for relaxing and al fresco dining.
Approximately 20 minutes away from the villa, there is an 18-hole international golf course at Castelfalfi; horseback riding and a tennis club can be found only 10 minutes away. It is advisable to rent a car while at Villa Laura, since the closest shops and restaurants are about 3.5 miles from the property.
Water, Electricity, A/C, heating, final cleaning, and daily housekeeping & linen changes Monday-Friday are all included. Extra housekeeping is available for approximately €18 + 20% VAT per hour. Local cooks, babysitters, and porters are available upon request. A welcome buffet dinner is available for €45 + 20% VAT per person per meal (drinks not included).
A High Chair & Baby Basin are available for an additional €20 per week per item to be paid locally; Baby Bed available for children up to 2 years of age for an additonal €70 per week to be paid at time of booking

Check-in between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. Check-out by 10 a.m. A late arrival fee of €50 applies between the hours of 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. No arrivals after 10 p.m.
A security deposit of €1000 (or USD equivalent) is due upon arrival, in cash or travler's checks.

* Dining Room: The ground floor main dining table seats 6 guests and is surrounded by glass sliding doors which lead to a veranda with endless views.

* Living Room: The living room is located on the ground floor.
