Every room of this luxury home has been tastefully furnished and
decorated. The first floor has wood flooring and consists of a beautiful kitchen with a dining nook and breakfast counter. The
family room has a fireplace, leather furniture, and a new 42" plasma big screen TV. The first floor also has a library/bedroom with attached full bath, a dining room, and a game room with billiard table.
The second floor has 3 additional bedrooms including a master suite
with king size bed and luxury bathroom. Two other bedrooms with
attached full bath, each can have dual twin beds or be converted to king size beds.
Relax in a sparkling heated pool with built in spa, in a backyard
surrounded by large palm trees and greenery. The backyard includes a
covered patio with pool furniture and a barbecue grill.
Every amenity you can think of has been provided. There are cable
televisions in every bedroom, DVD players, movies, books, childrens
games, a new pool table and even a video game system. There is also a wireless internet. The full kitchen has a microwave, convention oven, Jenn-air grill, coffee pot, coffee grinder, blender, toaster, mixer, rice steamer, servings for 12 and misc. kitchen items. Bedding, linens, towels, beach towels, washer and dryer, hair dryers, are all also provided.
Located just 15 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and the airport, and
20 minutes from Lake Mead, this perfectly located home will allow you
to enjoy all the Vegas activities you can imagine while staying in an
