Fienile has 1 doubleroom,1 bedroom with twin beds, 2 bathrooms w/shower, living room with double sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen joins the living room with an open arch. The apartment has been provided with dishwasher, washing machine and colour TV. This apartment has a separate entrance and a small private garden with table, chairs and pavillion.
The swimming pool is at about 250 mt. and it can be reached through a path in the olive grove or through the unpaved road.

The Villa Torre a Cona is composed of 6 apartments for total sleeping capacity of 42 people and it is set on a hilltop in the heart of the Florentine hills, with a stunning views over the surrounding countryside. It is an imposing 18th century villa with a clock tower, and one of the most sumptuous residences in Tuscany.
The estate extends over 200 hectares of vineyards and olive trees and from almost every point you can get an enchanting view of the surrounding countryside until the mountains of Vallombrosa. The farm maintains tracts of woodland in order to respect the natural ecosystem and the Tuscan landscape. For this reason it is easy see pheasant, hares, partridges, roe deer in woods and cultivated land.
Fattoria Torre a Cona produces its own Chianti Colli Fiorentini D.O.C.G., Vin Santo del Chianti D.O.C - a fine dessert wine, and a high quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Visits to the wine cellars and oil mill and wine tasting for groups can be arranged. Some rural houses on the property have been carefully restored maintaining classic Tuscan rustic style and converted into comfortable guest houses.
Each guest house has exposed wooden beam ceilings and terracotta floors and have been tastefully furnished with antiques and using fabrics of designers. Each is set in a green and quiet countryside and has: heating, a well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, private shaded outdoor sitting area with garden furniture and barbecue.
Torre a Cona it is situated in a strategic location, ideal if you want to stay in beautiful rural surroundings while making the most of the galleries and museums of Florence and other Tuscan cities such as: Arezzo, Siena, Pisa, Volterra, Greve in Chianti, San Gimignano, and Monteriggioni. For this reason the Torre a Cona is an ideal base from which to visit Tuscany. In Torre a Cona there is a reception service that takes care of the guest houses, and offer advice about places to visit, and things to do, such have an unforgettable holiday.
The swimming pool is situated in a former water mill in a very attractive location about 200mt far from houses. It is 9x8 mt and 1,35 deep. It's private for guests and shared from all the houses. It'is open from May to the end of September.
As we produce wine and olive oil, I will guide you on a visit to our wine cellars and olive oil press and will explain how we elaborate our products (Chianti, Sangiovese, Vin Santo wines and Extra Virgin Olive Oil).
You can also order our welcome pack (euro 27,00) that will be waiting foryou upon arrival: everything you need for a nice breakfast and meal bread, butter, jam, milk, tea and coffee, sugar, pasta tomato sauce, wine, olive oil, mineral water.
We are only 15 km far from Florence and 1km far from the village of San Donato in Collina. There you can find, grocery stores, butcher's shop, greengrocer, post office, newspaper kiosk and the bus stop to Florence . In Troghi, 1 km far, there are bank office, pharmacy, and filling station.
