Our property offers 5, 2-bedroom vacation residences, each with unbelievable ocean views and all with access to a private beach! Located in Pt. Loma, near Ocean Beach, you are close to all San Diego has to offer: 10 seconds from the beach, 30 seconds from Sunset Cliffs Nature Park, 4 minutes to the heart of Ocean Beach, 6 minutes to the charming village of old Pt. Loma, with its shops, restaurants and the San Diego Yacht Club, 10 minutes to Sea World, Old Town, the Gas Lamp District, the airport, shopping at Fashion Valley, 15 minutes to the World Famous San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park and about 30 minutes to Legoland and the Wild Animal Park. We've included just about all the amenities of home!

We also offer a two-bedroom, one and a half bath 'premium suite' on the second floor which features EXCEPTIONAL views of Sunset Cliffs Nature Park, a beautiful PANORAMIC VIEW of the Pacific Ocean, a private, gated balcony and an additional 1/2 bath. Additional details available upon request.

Premium suite add $30/nt., $200/week.

Watermark Properties Cancellation Policy: There is a $50 per villa cancellation fee for ALL cancellations. For cancellations made from the time of initial booking to 45 days prior to your stay, all monies received are 100% refundable, less the $50 per villa cancellation fee. For cancellations made 44 days or less from the date of your stay, you may receive a refund of your rental payment up to the total amount paid (less the $50 per villa cancellation fee) IF we can rebook the property. For reservations of two or more villas*, if we are unable to rebook all of your reserved villas (e.g., 3 out of 5 villas), then you will receive a partial rent refund based on the rebooking rental amounts received. Cleaning fee(s), occupancy tax (es) and damage deposit (s) will be refunded. *Our 4-bedroom, 2-bath rental consists of two villas. Our entire property (used for weddings, reunions, etc.) consists of 5 villas. Puesta del Sol is considered one villa.

Please note that all cancellations must be made by the person(s) whose name(s) and signature(s) appears on the rental agreement. All refunds will be made payable to the person(s) whose name(s) and signature(s) appears on the rental agreement regardless of the origin of the original payment(s) (e.g., father of the bride, parent, travel partner, etc.).

Please note: Private beach availability is subject to high & low tides. Low tide provides for an excellent beach playground. High tide covers the beach... but not the view!

Please note: Prices shown are for cash/check payments only and reflect a 3% cash/check incentive discount. If you wish to pay via credit card (through PayPal), your transaction will not include the 3% discount.
