The Ensuite Bathroom has a large double vanity unit and a large wall mirror with "hollywood" style lighting, also an oval tub, seperate toilet and a walk-in shower. THE KITCHEN/NOOK AREA.The upgraded white kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, range/oven garbage disposal and all the smaller appliances to make this a superb kitchen, The Nook Area has a pine/white table (can be extended) and 4 chairs..and a view of the pool and lake. THE UTILITY ROOM has a large washer, dryer, vacumn cleaner, iron/ironing board and sink. THE SECOND BEDROOM also has pine furniture and consists of a queen bed, 2 nightstands, 2 lamps, armoire, where you will find the 2nd cable t.v. 2 seat storage chair, closet and view of the lanai/pool and lake. THE THIRD BEDROOM has pine twin beds nightstand,small table, lamp and closet. THE FAMILY BATHROOM.is between the 2nd/3rd bedrooms and comprises of large bathtub and shower, toilet and single vanity unit, wall mirrors and "hollywood" lighting, also a cupboard (for towels etc) POOL AND LANAI.The pool is 35ft long with 2 decorative fountains and stretched the width of the villa, it is south facing so has sunall day long! on the lanai are 2 tables and 6 chairs and sunloungers, plus a ceiling fan.
