The restorations successfully maintain the historic appeal and architectural authenticity of the property while providing the best in modern amenities. The farmhouse is surrounded by extensive grounds, complete with manicured lawns and olive tree groves. There is a shared pool on-site, open seasonally from June through mid-September, and comfortable outdoor furnishings, allowing guests to enjoy the relaxing setting to its fullest. There is parking available on the premises.

A cleaning fee of euro 15 and a deposit of euro 150 are required at check-in, to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out.
