Nicola is an historical cafeteria placed in one of the most beautifull squares of Lisbon. From there you are either at Chiado or by the river in Pç. Comércio. Walking up the stairs by the street you will reach chapitô café and theater, where you should stop for a drink, before you move up foward towards the Castle and next to Alfama.

This downtwon area is also know for the indian and african restaurant and shops. Although a safe area, it is right in the middle of old downtown.
