Alcamo marina is a place full of bathing beaches (many with free admission) of fine sand. It overlooks the Gulf of Castellammare and is located just a few kilometres from the beautiful and unspoiled reserve of "The Gypsy" (both open to walk through the path marked both by sea), Tonnara di Scopello, knows San Vito, from Trapani where you can embark for the Egadi. From Alcamo marina is easily reached the splendid medieval town of Erice, Segesta with its amphitheatre where in summer you play lots of shows. A few kilometres from Alcamo which is a city rich in historical interest for its castle and its baroque churches full of stucco, frescoes and marble statues. The landscape is full of vineyards that give the famous "White Alcamo DOC.
