Its generous size ( 128 m2) confortably holds a large lounge /dining room area with ceiling height of 6 meters.The open-plan Kitchen is fully fitted with microwave,dishwasher,washing machine,dryer,fridge,freezer and oven.There are 2 double bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms and spacious fitted wardrobes.There is also a well-lit lounge designed as a working area for business.
The Loft has remote control air conditioning/heating by fan-coil system,42" screen TV and home cinema.
The loft is handicap accesible as most of the its area is located on the ground floor.
In the condominium area there is a swimming pool ( for only 20 owners)and an amazing lobby with wooden ceilings 12 meters high retaining all the charming flavour of the original Bodega.
Jerez de la Frontera is worlwide known for the ancient Sherry vineyards and the Carthusian Horse stables ,which is the origin of the acclaimed Andalusian horses.The area is also the birthplace of the purest and richest floklore-Flamenco.Local gastronomy is also proverbial.The richest cultural heritage combine values provided by development and modern technology to create an unique area that is well communicated with 3 international airports : Jerez ( 15 minutes ),Seville (75 minutes) and Gibraltar (75 minutes).Modern expressways connect the area with European networks through Seville and Madrid.The AVE ( high speed train) is just an hour away at Sevilla train station.
Also there are fabolous beach areas just 25 minute far in the close fishing villages of Rota,Chipiona,Sanlucar de Barrameda,El Puerto de Santa Maria...
